I don't mind paying for quality but they are too stingy on food ....7-Hour Slow-Cooked Rib of Beef (served on the bone) (15.99).one carrot 🥕 and bit of veg and the potatoes was dry...The desert menu is very bland no crumbles or strawberries in anything. Nice place but I felt still hungry and the rest of the family did as well.

Great food, good selection of beers, good service, reasonably priced food. Been back several times and some new changes to the menu which are all great, fresh and tasty.

Very relaxed pub..food was excellent..service was bit slow..they didn't try to move you on..would go again.

Booked for 18.30 hrs on Friday.Asked if we’d like a drink. Wife asked for draft fruit cider, didn’t have any !! I asked for a fosters, didn’t have any !!! Ordered alternative drinks.. waiter came to take food order.. Steak and ale pie please, guess what ???? We don’t have any at the moment !!!3 fails out of 3 orders !!!!Eventually got alternative meals after 45 minutes..Wife’s lasagna was nice, my gammon was very small, rather burnt and overall small portions !!!!Left hungry, wont rush back !!!!!!!!

Quite disgusted how we were treated by staff at this pub, today.We are forever being told to use your local pubs or lose them.However my friend and I tried to gain entry, for a meal at 1730pm, and was flatly refused.!!!!We weren't even offered a place to have a drink.Very annoying as we had just been dropped off, and our lift was long gone.Good news is we were welcomed into a full Boathouse, and had a lovely meal, with cocktails there.As for Fox And Hounds......we won't put ourselves out for them again.

A clean friendly pub. I came in with my daughter and had 2 sodas which were very nice and refreshing. I would visit again, they do serve food as well, but I haven't eaten there yet.

Christmas dinner with a friend. Beautiful Christmas decorations with crackers in the table. The food was delicious, especially the Christmas dinner and the Christmas pud was scrummy 😋. Our waitress Megan looked after us very well, being cheerful, friendly and helpful, she helped make this a great experience.

Had a great afternoon with friends celebrating Christmas .Eyrun took great care to make sure all was good and the team found us another table as we were about to exceed our 2 hour slot !! Fantastic food, atmosphere and service. Thank you ladies 😊 we will be back!

Fabulous food and service. I had a simple lunch of lasagne and chips but I can go honestly say it was the best lasagne I have ever tasted! Chips were cooked to perfection and the service was faultless, thanks to Toby. I will be making another visit soon.
