Best Chinese in Peterborough I used to Order at least 2 times a week not as much anymore tho

No order received. Don't answer the phone. No updates even after 2 hours!!! Stay away.

Despite the delivery's issues it's still our favorite place to order Chinese food, always fresh and delicious, truly recommended!

Ordered online through Just Eat to collect on new years eve.Order rejected 20 mins before we had booked collection.Went in person to be told that only orders for delivery were being accepted, none for collection or walk-in.Very disappointed.Luckily we found another local takeaway who were happy to take our order in person. We will be using them from now on.I wonder how many other customers had their order dumped.0/10 for customer service.

Was waiting 3 hours for food on Tuesday evening. Very bad customer skills. Not recommending at all!

Absolutely terrible, do not order from this take away, I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered food for delivery, 2 hours later when there was no sign of our food tried calling to ask what had happened to our order and was hung up on. Very unhappy with this service.

Orded my food at 8.56 they said it would take up to 1h so i waited 1h15 for them to tell me that woodston didn't received my order and it was now closed but i have paid for it so i would be refunded. What a complete joke! Waited all this time for my food now it will take days for the money to come back to my account and my dinner is now gone! Be careful!

This place is AMAZING !! I honestly don’t know what these people are talking about with 1 star. I have been ordering here all the time and I don’t ever want to switch! They have been late once BUT that is because they are really busy and with this whole Coronavirus goin’ on, they are trying their best!If you ever want a brilliant takeaway, choose these guys! And rate them too as people do not understand how business works!

Food was tasty, but was delivered 35 mins late with no explanation, and the overpriced bottle of coke was the wrong size. Delivery driver wore no mask or gloves which is just stupid considering they're touching other people's doors/doorbells and taking cash!

Cannot fault the food, its always good quality.. It does take an hour or just over to get your order delivered but that's because they are so popular and busy. 5 stars for me.
