I have ordered home delivery 5 times and each time the food was fantastic. Cannot fault anything. Food is very hot when it arrives, very tasty doner kebab and calzone is sooo nice. The staff a very friendly

Very rude staff on phone and in store. In particular the short 4ft guy who couldn't even be asked serving customers. manager was away today and staff behaviour out of order.

Ordered 2 x15 pizzas for 16 £ Order came fast. Good price for quality pizza.

Avoid at all costs. Didnt receive my order and when I tried to chase the delivery drivers were rude and repeatedly hung up the phone on me. Hot n Spice are not taking responsibility to issue me my refund despite me contacting their financial teams. I have no other choice but to contact Trading Standads now as this place is not trading under safe and fair procedures to its customers.

Food is not the worst experience, the pizzas are great, however the staff is very rude, they have loud aggressive, also was rude over the phone, however would would good. Pricing is reasonable

I just had a pizza from them and it was so delicious, I have had other takeaways from them and never been disappointed, the prices are great and the food quality is perfect and the delivery driver I very polite

Worst exeprience ever!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE !!!! THEY HAVE MENU MEAL DEAL DONER WRAP WITH CHIPS AND DRINK FOR £6 THEY CHARGED ME 6£ EACH FPR 3 DONERS AND CHIPS ONLY NO DRINK NO WRAP THE MEAT WAS SO DRY IT ENDED UP ALL IN THE BIN!! WHEN I PHONED THE RESTOURANT I SPOKE WITH THE "BOSS" HE SAID THEY DID NOT GIVE ME WRAP BECOUSE THE DONER WOULD FALL OUT FROM THE NAN AND THAN HE ENDED THE CALL ###DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS TIME AND MONEY WASTING!!!!!

The food was surprisingly good, even though we didn't have much choice at 2am on a Sunday. They cooked everything fresh and within reasonable amount of time. Calzone pizzas were really good!
