McDonald's in Peterborough

Waited at drive thro with no one else there. After a couple minutes another car pulled up on the other side and was served first. Another couple of minutes and had to blow horn to get their attention. They gave us a latte instead of a toffee latte, asked for 6 sugars and 2 ketchup, got 2 sugars and six ketchup. Both coffee's were cold, burgers were Luke warm but fries were ok. McDonald's is getting more and more expensive and the service is getting worse. I think this will be my last visit to this awful fast food dive!

Really enjoyed the breakfast over here.. very friendly staff especially the cleaning lady.

Maccies is maccies innit, not much to say... Had an influx of prison officers yesterday though 🤣

Food was reasonably quick, but they nearly forgot the drinks. They did forget all the dips for the meal. I also know someone who went later and the dips were missed from their order.

I’d like to take my time to discuss how disgusted I am with the customer service I received today. I walked into the McDonalds store to use the toilet due to a medical condition which needed to be tended to only to be told “we can’t let anyone use it past 11pm” I tried to explain that I have a condition which needed tending too but the lady still refused me entry and dismissed it like it was nothing. I understand it’s late but I have medical exemption to use toilets including staff due to the severity of my condition. I hope to be treated with better respect next time.

We stopped at the drive through. As it was lunch time busy as expected. Ended up having to park in a bay,fortunately it wasn't a long wait. The food was still hot when it arrived and freshly prepared, rather than sitting on the side for a while. The eldest stayed at home so we ordered for him, and found the food was still warm after a 20 minute drive. As for the food it's McDonald's you get what you pay for and like.

Don't come here of you want fast food! especially your only using the drive throughSpent 25 mins waiting in the drive through for my order to be cold and wrong. It takes half the time, for it to be delivered from just eat, which tells they have there priorities wrong.

Full marks to this branch of McDonald's for serving piping hot food. The chips were actually hot and not cold. Everything was good. Staff were very helpful. The Drive Thru was also busy.
