Ming Garden in Peterborough

Food is 5 stars but prices have gone up crazy amounts £7 for 4 small spare ribs and over £6for chow mein a joke will soon have to remortgage house just to afford a Chinese

the best staff who are always polite upon entry, customer service overall in my eyes one of the best in peterborough! The food is amazing, best chinese in peterborough for me!

Been ordering from here for a couple of years, I really rate it. Fresh and tasty every time. The mock duck is amazing for vegetarians.

Not regarding to anyone. Order food today at 4.30 . Order come complete wrong. I contacted them they said that will redeliver my food . Is allredy 8 PM and still starving. This cheeky b..... Refused to pay me back my money when I said I don't want food anymore . They said they will give me a portion of spring rolls as compensation 😂🤣. So stick this £20 in b.... Not order there anymore

They have a terrible customer service, they hang of the phone in your face and don't agree to make deliveries unless you spend a lot of money which is unfair because you already pay for the delivery anyway.And the quality of the food has gotten worse lately.

Had a lovely interaction when arrived food was cooked nice and fast and was tasty will definitely be using again A+++

Awful service, they opened for delivery at 5.30 we ordered at 5.40 and received it at 7.40! Ordered via just eat the time said 30-45mins we usually use these guys but the woman was rudely explaining there was only one driver, then said she needed to check with the chef and asked if we could wait another half an hour! This was after over an hours wait. I explained to say why didn’t she call and explain it rather than leaving it and why wasn’t the food already cooked if it was the drivers issue! Won’t be going back the food wasn’t great this time either.

Food was dry and horrendous. My partner phone called them to complain and they hung up on her, then called us back 20 minutes later to have ago at us for telling them we disliked the food as it was dry and plain. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Avoid if you can.

I first went to Ming garden 35 years a go and was the only chinese takeaway I would use for 10 years until I moved away for several years...To my surprise Ming garden was still going,I just had to try the takeaway out again and it tasted fresh like it use to.This really is the best Chinese takeaway in peterborough,very friendly staff and great food...Highly recommended

Nice food overall but their fried rice should come with peas, normally they don't put peas in it. but other than that the food Is lovely with a wide range of choices. oh, also their special fried rice is a bit soggy filled with soy sauce, it tastes nice but hopefully they'll change it.
