Whoever owns these papa John's franchises is seriously ruining the brand's strong, international reputation by hiring clueless staff. I would never go back to this place. Its a real shame because the brand is strong and it should be the best pizza in the city. Embarrassing.

Absolutely mad!! Ordered 2 pizzas at 19:25 from Lincoln road shop, at 20:10 it showed online that my ordered had been delivered. Tried to call them for 20 mins to find what was happening but no one bothered to answer the phone. My order was finaly delivered at 20:48 stone cold. Never ordering from this place again!!!

I like cheese, I like bread, I like tomatoes, put them all together and you get a cheese and tomato sandwich, when that gets boring I call papa and he delivers a hot circle of food. Yum

Papa John's is by far and away the best pizza I've ever had. So why the 1 star review 🤔 well this particular branch is like nothing I've ever tried within the franchise food was extremely late. The base was like cookie dough honestly it was like they had put my toppings on a dessert said toppings just slid off the base when you picked up a slice probably to embarrassed to be involved in the ordeal which was my dinner.From now on when I'm this end of Peterborough I'll stick to other known branches.I'd like to make it clear this is definitely a one off for me when it comes to papa John's.

Ordered at 11am for a 4:30 delivery. Received confirmation. At 5 PM the order didn’t arrive. Called the store and had to engage in an argument with the attendant that I actually placed the order. Rude argumentative on the verge of calling me a liar until I read the confirmation letter. Then he came back and said it war delivered. Told him aim standing at the door and it was not delivered. Came back and said the delivery guy took it to the wrong house. No apologies, no we will no charge you just we will get another order out. Two hours after the scheduled delivery date the order arrived and it was the wrong order. Tried calling back and was put on hold for 30 minutes then a hang up. Filed a complaint with corporate for a return call and it never happened.now two days latter another survey asking if I had been contacted. Papa John’s at the peterborough store is the worst in the business. This will be the last time I use this store. The second order, by the way that was wrong and cold you scored 1 out of 10
