Papa John’s in Peterborough

Been attempting to call for 20 minutes after the estimated delivery time (had a 2 bell miss call from them at 7 ) they never picked up qnd would instead hanv up

This place is a joke 26.50 for a 12inch pizza when it finally turned up late and cold it was burnt and had hardly any toppings on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone

staff leave them self reviews to get their score up but most of all they leave fake reviews other companies and get their friends and colleagues to do the same we have receipt for negative review for people that's never shop with us before Natalie at customer service is aware of this and has done nothing you have 48 hours to delete the negative reviews you have left legal action may be taken

Peterborough Papa Johns is overall fantastic! Staff so friendly and the deals and value is unreal. Food always delicious and hot. Cannot go wrong

They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas.Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

It was great experience with papa john's very good in taste and quality 👌 😋

Whoever owns these papa John's franchises is seriously ruining the brand's strong, international reputation by hiring clueless staff. I would never go back to this place. Its a real shame because the brand is strong and it should be the best pizza in the city. Embarrassing.

Absolutely mad!! Ordered 2 pizzas at 19:25 from Lincoln road shop, at 20:10 it showed online that my ordered had been delivered. Tried to call them for 20 mins to find what was happening but no one bothered to answer the phone. My order was finaly delivered at 20:48 stone cold. Never ordering from this place again!!!

Papa John's is by far and away the best pizza I've ever had. So why the 1 star review 🤔 well this particular branch is like nothing I've ever tried within the franchise food was extremely late. The base was like cookie dough honestly it was like they had put my toppings on a dessert said toppings just slid off the base when you picked up a slice probably to embarrassed to be involved in the ordeal which was my dinner. From now on when I'm this end of Peterborough I'll stick to other known branches.I'd like to make it clear this is definitely a one off for me when it comes to papa John's.
