Best chippy in Peterborough with amazing food and lovely local staff! Will definitely make this a regular 🎏

I have been going to Parrotts Fish Parlour for years. The founder and his staff always greeted you with a happy smile come rain or shine and the food was and is still exellent but the new owner hardly has a word to say. All the old staff seem to have left or about to leave and new staff coming in. The old staff it appears aren't allowed to sit down to eat their food but the new staff can. I have decided not to eat there again.

Whenever I'm in Peterborough, I'll be visiting here again. Fish, chips,mushy peas, a pit of tea and table service for under a tenner. It's the last decent deal on the planet! Nice too..

The owner lied to me & told me the chips were vegan and fried on their own, I binned them as they didn't taste right, went back a week later and asked another member of staff & they told me the chips are cooked in the same oil as chicken, disgusting practice, can't wait to meet the owner again

Bit disappointed. Appears to have changed management, which has resulted in a considerable reduction in portion size, and the cod now appears to be a cut and shaped strip of fish! Improvements are needed!

Loved the cod and chips, authentic taste with salt and vinegar. Very nice and welcoming people seving you tasty meals.

Food was excellent, freshly cooked. Staff very friendly. Only negative was the coffee. It tasted rank!

I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the best saveloy and chips I've had in years, nope, actually ever. The chips were nothing short of perfect. The service was amazing as well. I'll definitely be back
