Pizza Hut in Peterborough

From the kind gentleman on the door, to all staff there, thank you for making our vist a very positive experience.Our server was cheerful helpful and looked after us with a genuine smile and kept our table clear and we never had to wait.You could see the whole team working hard and keeping the whole restaurant clean and working together happily bringing back the human factor to a commercial restaurant environment (a very hard act to pull off)As a result we will definitely be back, as long as you have this team.

Pizza was okay, table and booth chairs were dirty and covered in glitter. We weren't given enough plates for our pizzas to be shared between us, there was 6 of us, we were given 2 plates after asking.

I went to have a late lunch by myself. The entire place was empty apart from 1 group of 4 who were there before me, the waitress sat me on a table of 2 right across them. I asked if I can move to a different seat as I was looking to eat in peace and quiet. I was told there were bookings and they would be coming in soon. NOTE only 2 couples came in after me and 1 of them was given a full booth. Nobody else came in the entire time I was there. Was really upset the waitress had lied to me.They even managed to get the order of just 1 meal wrong.Don't recommend, better off going somewhere else. Service was terrible.

Not a lot. Staff spoke way to fast behind face masks couldn't understand and had to ask twice to clarify.. salad bar lacking ..tomatoes and cucumber not at all fresh. Lack.of choice .. no hot drinks and the ice cream we voted not eat as was not palatable.

Lovely staff, great food, price is fine. They provide a gluten free base for pizzas if needed. Lovely.

First and last time.No comparison to the other major brands. Pizza sauce, quite tasteless. Chicken topping very plain and bland. Never had onion rings before which had a bitter after taste.And what is with the Cherry cream soda... what is that stuff!!! Disgusting drink. Brownie... if you can call it that... overly sweet, a bit tough and sticky. Never again.

Won't be returning any time soon either.

Had longs queues but not many staff, upstairs was shut so limited tables. Buffet was constantly out of pizzas, and could have done with more of the popular pizzas in place. Paying was quick and staff friendly however so some redeeming features. Don't go in half term I've learnt but didn't help that upstairs was shut

Unfortunately, there was no box spacer in the takeaway pizza box, meaning my children were very disappointed when I took the pizza home to find the topping was completely stuck to the roof of the box. It was a complete mess and very disappointing.
