Prezzo - Peterborough in Peterborough

My friend had arranged for a table for 25 which Prezzo provided on short notice. Nice space, background music was nice. The waiter and waitresses were very professional and helpful. Food was good as well.

I had an amazing meal last night in Prezzo Peterborough. Food is amazing, great atmosphere and really friendly staff . Manager was extremely helpful , he knew the manu and recommended us 2 very tasteful pizzas. Thank you !

Disappointing and over priced for the standard.Husband ordered a large pizza which is ne bigger than the regular size, it's just rolled long and narrow instead of circular.I paid extra to have the Margarita Max pizza over the regular Margarita as the Max had cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. I had 2 cherry tomatoes and ONE basil leaf.The pudding - choc fudge cake was very dry and tasteless, as was the Triple Choc tart.Given the standard of the food, it should be priced at at least 30% lower.

My family and I came down to Peterborough to visit and stumbled upon the restaurant, which we usually love. However, despite not being very busy, we had to wait 15 minutes before someone even spoke to us, and when they came, told us that if we don't have a booking we had to wait 45 minutes. There were tables available as well. I see other people have not had this issue. Absolutely ruined our lunch plans, will not be returning or recommending.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff, nice food and seasonal drinks. Will definitely be back.

First of all very friendly staff from the reception entrance, lovely lady. We were asked if we had a booking but we didn't so it wasn't a problem at all. The lady at the reception walked us through to an outside nice table. Menu got lot of variety and really delicious Italian options. Quin was very kind with us all time taking care of our table excellently and giving us a very professional service. Also offering us some sharing options as we required for our food. Overall excellent staff, very good service and nice food.

Really disappointed with my evening with my girlfriend. Staff refused to let us sit on the table we chose after asking us where we want to sit, probably because we had a voucher? When my pasta finally arrived after a 40 minute wait, I realised my cutlery had been taken away when they cleared the starter...another 15 minutes later I managed to get someone's attention (the place was empty for a Saturday night). The staff said I should have come and found someone!? I asked why the mozzarella was in two lumps and stone cold and their response was "thats just how we serve it". Allowed them to replace the meals with takeaway pizza and fed the homeless on the way to somewhere that cares. Gutted.

Super welcoming. Took all the necessary details and sat us down quickly. Food came out hot and didn't take too long to arrive. Got a kids meal that was suppose to come with broccoli but, they were out so she asked if it would be ok to substitute it with asparagus. I was like ok.

We paid a visit one Thursday evening as a walk in customer. It was fairly busy but they had space for us and we were sat almost immediately. The restaurant were complying with all COVID requirements as you would expect and it seemed clean all around. We were given menus and were asked if we had allergies. I have a shellfish allergy so was given a menu accordingly. Our drinks orders were taken but when I went to order food, I was told a manager would have to do it as I had an allergy. I have no real issue with that, particularly if the waitress was not allergy trained, but I would hope that all staff should have the required training. Orders were then taken by the manager and our food came pretty quickly. After a few minutes the manager came over and said that the food I had ordered may contain seafood, she had just been told by the chef. There was no mention of seafood on the allergen menu and thankfully it did not affect me, but there is clearly an issue with the understanding surrounding allergies.Not long after my girlfriend was then soaked by a waitress spilling drinks from a tray on the table next to us. The manager was extremely apologetic, gave us a free drink and offered to pay for dry cleaning. These things happen.Overall we were really happy, but the staff really need to get a grasp of allergies. We will definitely be back.
