Absolutely shocking to get a cheese and tomato Toastie with 2 small bits of tomato and next to no cheese , would actually give zero stars if there was an option

The staff at pumpkin at Peterborough station are always polite, friendly and spot on with customer service.The food is always niceand fresh, also always very nicely presented.Tina always has a smile and is never grumpy, Alex has such a cheerful attitude towards customers and Tania will always go above and beyond to sort any problems . In fact all three are little treasures and should deserve an award or bonus for what they bring to Pumpkin!I spoke to Tina about the magic bags and wondered if the could be offered around 1730 -1800 as it is a busy time for commuters coming home .Thankyou again to Tina, Alex and Tania WELL DONE!!!!

Lovely friendly helpful staff. (Thank you Tina). Used to love the homemade fruitcake I could get here. There's now no equivalent. Please bring back the delicious fruitcake! Would have been 5 stars if you had.

I recently went here while waiting for my train for work. Pam was great and very helpful. Would recommend going if you have to travel in the near future.

Amazing service! Friendly staff and helped cheer us up when we had a horrible experience with the train station travel centre! Andrea and Tina are a credit too your store.

It's OK.The ladies are really nice even when they're busy.I wonder why people leave so little time to grab a coffee or whatever before their train leaves and then get all stressed when they have to queue or nobody can click their fingers and produce one in a flash.

Pleasant staff and quick service.Can get soy milk. Cards accepted.A few snacks available, along with crisps and chocolate.Pretty expensive.
