Restoranas "Kaimas" in Peterborough

Had lunch here today. Food was fantastic and portion sizes were huge. Prices also very good.

Always nice and fresh food. Been there many times and will come again. Very polite service. Clean and cheap. Positive place! 😊

We enjoyed the food, it was quite good, but for me the best thing was the draft beers, awesome! No card payments tho.

This is a must try restaurant in Peterborough. The food is absolutely amazing, generous plates, very friendly staff and great atmosphere, very authentic. Don't forget to try the draft beer offered in house, l think it's Lithuanian, really tasty. Not to mention about the prices, they are really very decent. We pay so little for such a great portions and lovely experience.

I was once a permanent guest here, but after a few years of operation, I guess people working in the heads after the money, the food is worse than it was, higher prices and service is unpleasant. I came to the restaurant and sat down at the table but Mrs. Waitarek said that this table is booked, there is no place and have to go out, I was alone, for one person it would be a place, but no, so I said that I will sit outside I think that the waitresses choose people who looked like this, because the smell family came and they also asked them. I do not recommend this place !!!!

The service was excellent, all the staff are extra friendly and attentive! The food portions for the price are amazing and the food is cooked perfectly and delicious! I would recommend for everyone to try as you won't be disappointed! Superb!

Awesome food ,big portions and freshly cooked.Fresh food preparation takes time so allow atleast good half an hour waiting for the order.We're enjoyed and definitely will get back to this place.Good cheap prices though.

I have been there twice. First time was more or less ok, waiting time long but not too long and chicken with cheese was good. The second time we went later on Friday. Had to wait very long time but waiters did apologise for that. All place smells of cigarette smoke from smoking area right by the entrance door, football on tv was horribly loud and men watching it even louder. Chiken sashlik was dry and salad not in my liking, desert was fine but ice cream with it had ice bits in it. On a plus side portions are huge.

Food is very tasty, proper Lithuanian food. Portions are big and prices are reasonable. Very cosy country side enviroment. Ordering take away, you have to go and collect. Food is always ready on time and hot. Downside, no possibility to pay with cards. Cash only. On the other hand, ATM is next to it.
