Breakfast roll not very good not a fan of food cooked in a microwave anyway

·

Good food. Service could be quicker if the girl would except help when theres a queue of more than 7 people instead of saying no to staff then saying sorry to all the customers

·

The menu seems to be getting smaller and smaller, very limited vegetarian options & 1 vegan wrap. Pleasent staff, happy to serve us.

·

Good food. Good coffee. Decent price.

·

Long wait to order. Long wait to be served. Cold restaurant. Average food.

Sainsburys cafe, standards have fallen, quality, customet service poor.My second poor experience here - therefore deserves a review, a empty cafe at 6pm, perhaps because the staff are not visible and visually looks closed.Firstly no staff around the front service counter, i had to pop into the kitchen area for service, I then completed my order, ordered a spicy vegi burger with sweet potato fries, my understanding cafe closes at 7pm, so asked for hot meal involving the oven, I paid for the order, the staff member who just served me, then went round to the kitchen area, I could hear her discussing with kitchen staff, basically the kitchen staff had cleaned the oven and turned it off, so the lady who works at the front service counter came back and said that your order will take 20 minutes, because the oven is switched off and this oven will need a preheat of 10min and then a cooking time of 10min.I've agreed to wait but upset about my meal, whilst I'm waiting the chairs are getting in stacked. With a pleasant surprise, 12 minutes latter my food is served.I saw customers walk away thinking they were closed.

Very slow. Workers talking to each other like it takes priority. Food not the best. Now I can see why commuters pass by in the morning and go to Hampton. So much more choice and far better service. Shame, Oxney road could make a killing in the rush hour but I think this is a fail for me.

Disappointing. My Americano coffee was weak, the tables were not clean as ND after waiting ages for my cheese and ham toasted sandwich, the cheese inside was still uncooked and the ham cold. However, I have eaten often in other sainsburys cafes without any problems and so am prepared to try them again hoping this was a one off.

Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed Salmon fillet, new potatoes and green beans £6. Very good value. Large mugs for hot drinks 👌

Waited 25 minutes, gave my food to someone else. Then got my food from the woman had already started eating it and gave it to me... Gobsmacked
