Fantastic pub , great food , lovely staff , exellant service , very clean .

Really excellent service and food. Such large tasty portions. The suet chicken pudding was absolutely delicious. The staff made our collie Daisy so welcome. Must eat here again.

I was here for an event in the marquee and it was brilliant. The beer was good, the service was friendly and very fast and the food was delicious. I would say the only negative comment I have is that the toilets are a bit outdated (a bit shack like!) but other than that couldnt complain at all, I had a great evening!

Set as you enter a beautiful old village, this pub is very clean, offers a fantastic beer and food selection, and has very friendly staff. It is a great place for an informal and relaxed meal in the bar, or a sit-down in the restaurant area. The beer garden was.beautiful but it was too cold for us to sit out and enjoy it. We will definitely return.

Great place, friendly and accommodating staff, lovely roast dinner with a nice selection of beers on tap.

Really interesting visit with a tour guide down loaded on you phone. Takes around 45 minutes and is really interesting.

Excellent food and welcoming staff! I've been going to The Black Horse for years now. The welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff have been a consistent theme. On many occasions they have gone above and beyond in making sure myself or my guests are well accommodated.

We ordered burgers all round, they were delicious, good portion size and homemade.We went at a slower time (2.30) and the service was OK, great attitude, but no check back on food/drink which is a little disappointing, but this was offset by how great the food was.

Very good food, helpful, friendly staff.Table service, safe and clean environment. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely fantastic lunch at the Black Horse. We stopped here after spending the day at the Nene Valley Railway. Definitely returning for dinner next time in the area.
