A surprisingly better then expected pub. Food was good average pub grub. Good atmosphere, great for family and pets.

Very friendly on our arrival and pleasant service, also Darcy the dog would be welcome

The food was amazing. Fish Cakes best yet. The Chef was so attentive & caring we can't wait to return again to try something else. Proper home cooked & fresh vegetables & piping hot.

Nice, friendly village pub. Good atmosphere, reasonably priced drinks.

We had a fantastic weekend there, we went Friday evening and Saturday evening and both evenings were absolutely brilliant and we will definitely be coming again 😊😊 xx

It's a nice pub but no food on Sunday

Waitresses were perfect friendly and looked after us well, wine was delicious starter was lovely main dinner carrots wernt cooked but everything else was good

Brilliant place really friendly staff and locals!! Table service and covid safe. We had a problem with our bike and they let my wife wait in their really nice beer garden while I went to fetch the car. They don't serve food but the hot drinks where great and really reasonable. Must say the chap behind the bar could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. the next time we do the green wheel cycle route this will be our refreshment break.

Great village pub, I've been coming here for decades and it never disappoints. Love the place, many many fond memories made here.

My gut feeling was right when we arrived at lunch and nobody was eating, I feared the food wouldn't be great and it lived up to expectations. The burger was possibly the worst I've had in 40 years, the cheapest meat in Christendom, if it was even meat. Everything about the food was cheap and poor quality. There were also feral kids running around, it was however clean and tidy with nice staff. My advice is not to stop here for food only for drinks, consider cannibalism as a better alternative.Last weekend I ate there.
