The Halcyon - Hungry Horse in Peterborough

Terrible food, infact the worst meal i have ever had, my chips had what looked like they had a full pot of piri piri seasoning poured over them, they were inedible, i also asked for crispy chicken strips and received fatty processed chicken, missing the coleslaw too!

My daughter and myself had lunch here and the service was very good and the food was lovely. We were served by John who was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a nice quick lunch

Halcyon serves amazing food at great price with huge portions. Perfect amazing staff working aswell, especially Kyra and Rochelle today on shift. Keep going guys! Your all doing great and new management! And thank you to Stuart and George for cooking my food perfect every time!

Delicious food, super fast from ordering to being on the table in front of us, great prices and great variety, customer service was excellent, all the staff were friendly and would 100% recommend to everyone.

What I like about this place is the deals they offer on daily basis. Basically two persons can eat for one's price. 20 quid will get you two courses and two pints (which is ridiculously cheap) Basically food is decent and prices are like at McDonald's 😃

Customer service is bl*ody outstanding. Absolutely belting staff. Food has always been really great. Normally come with just my partner but have also brought my son and he really loves coming! Especially enjoys the desserts. Such a down to earth boozer.
