Great store staff treat customers like family restaurant very good quality of food and prices allways you this on a weekly basis

Helpful staff, plenty of choice, bit more expensive than other supermarkets but I think a better quality of food and you get what you pay for.

Great location. Wonderful parking facilities in the city centre. As always extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.

My husband and I had their sushi and got really sick with gastroenteritis. I was sick I’m bed for 5 days and was to travel on the 5th day. It looks like it has a lot of variety of things to shop, but don’t eat their food

This shop is always a really lovely place to shop at, this weekend we decided to have a coffee in the cafe we also choose pancakes I was gutted when the pancakes arrived....a pancake arrived just one pancake 🥞 I thought I was going to get at least 2 pancakes I know it's picky but pancakes indicates plural it was delicious but.....only one 🤨😏😪

I shop nearly every week at Peterborough Waitrose, the staff are great, cafe good coffee and snacks, Catarina always helps me if she is there, super staff in cafe. No complaints.

The store was neat, tidy and clean and there were no obvious items missing from shelving at 09:30.There was quite noticeable increased pricing on some of the products which I regularly buy but as I'm shopping for one instead of a family, I can pick and choose if I buy!Still disappointed that the cold counter no longer sells Quorn Vegetarian Bacon. It means I have to get it elsewhere. (I don't actually like the look of the bacon which looks like bacon rashers!).I would have had breakfast but the new cooked vegetarian items are now too "clichéd" for me (when what I enjoyed was Quorn bacon slices or a Quorn sausage with egg, tomato and toast!). Hint 😉P.S. I don't work for Quorn!I was mightily relieved to see so many people were still wearing masks to protect themselves and others from infection and, hope that prevails for some time to come so I'll be able to go out to shop instead of ordering on line - which I really always dread!

Free parking for 2 hours. You have to validate with a ticket from a parking machine.

Very good supermarket in terms of quality where price is slightly high. Lots of variety item and quality customer service available. variety of wine collection available. Birthday cake has not met our expectations but we have no complaints on quality.

I would like to give personal review to a man who is responsible for the parking and trolley area.Every single time when i am coming for the shopping I can see him: helping people with the tickets, offering help, once I saw how he put free parking ticket for the customer who was in rush. He is always smiling!today he offered to take my trolley for me, so I don’t need to go by my own with the newborn on hands. Thank you so much ! His kindest worker i have ever seen, literally made my day.
