Just decided to nip in for a drink with the hubby while the weather is sunny. Great atmosphere, excellent staff food and selection of drinks with hubby paying, what more can a girl ask for 💕

Booked for Mother's day Roast, booked for 3.30pm, arrived and told no roasts at all, so then ordered different meals only to see roast goings out 2 hours later. Service also wasn't great, host desk is in the middle of the restaurant no information about this so stood by the front doors for 5 minutes. Forgot 2 out of our 3 starters, had to ask for them 15 minutes after the first starter arrived. Although staff were polite and helpful Food was mediocre - Best bit is the kids playground. Wouldn't recommend.

It is a rather nice looking pub. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Only given 4 stars as I didn't have food. But it's definitely now got a lot to live up to when I return and sample their restaurant!

Food was typical pub standard, nice food. But service was terrible. We had to remind the bar tenders of our drinks order, which came about 15 minutes after the food came out. Also, we ordered the coffee & small pud combo - the coffee machine was broken and we were charged the same price for filter coffee, then we had to remind them about the deserts which again came out about 10-15 minutes after.

Great customer service .I ve been served by Matt that was patient (I had the kids making it difficult to give the order) .we sit outside so the kids can play and when we decided to have dinner.Matt found a table for us even tho it was Saturday and really busy .

Althou they didn't have everything on the menu the selection of food was still very good. The place had a feel of open space but has a lot of character.The staff were very polite and constantly checking to see if we were happy with the food.They were busy when we visited but we didn't have to wait long for our food. The drinks were expensive but the food prices were very reasonable and good quality. If I had one gripe about the food is that the size of the portion was a little small.We will definitely going back as it had a very nice atmosphere.

Lovely little pub, great food with reasonable prices. Outdoor seating is best for the views over the golf course. My only negative is the speed of service - I've waited for over 5 minutes at the bar despite no other customers being served. I've similarly waited an unsatisfactory amount of time to be served my food. Their app for ordering works well, albeit a bit slow at times. Table numbers are confusing as they've used permanent markers over a template meaning a 5 could also be a 2 depending on where you look!

Staff friendly, good selection of food choices and beers etc. But Sunday roasts are a bit bland and small portion sizes. I had the three roast meat selection which was a slice of turkey, slice of pork and thought I was getting a slice of beef or something but the other piece of meat was a small chipolata sausage! Came with a couple of spoonfuls of mash, one small piece of brocoli, half a chopped carrot and a spoonful of cabbage plus a large dry Yorkshire pud, oh yeh and 4 small roast potatoes, so glad I ordered the side dish of roast potatoes as well. On the other hand my wife had the special cod and chips (Not to be confused with cheaper version of the same cod and chips) and she got scampi, peas, 2 rounds of bread and butter average size piece of cod and a lot of chips, her portion wasb actually for an adult!!Would go back, but would not choose anything from Sunday Roast meal choices. Veg is the cheapest part of most meals and it's the bit they scrimp on, makes no sense.

Service very slow. It took 2 hours to get as far as requesting desserts and were then told we would have to wait 30 minutes for them as a large party had to be seen to first. Obviously short staffed in the kitchen. Waiting staff were pleasant and hard working but hard to feel impressed when you have to miss out on dessert as chef is too busy to provide it in an appropriate time

Friendly staff, amazing food, Lovely atmosphere!
