Alibaba's Kebabs in Rochford

Ordered a Doner Wrap. Got meat in a box with no wraps to even make one. There was a lot of meat. When I asked what I ordered he said doner wrap" I said this isn't what I ordered" he said " this is how we do it" shoddy and poor service. Won't eat from there again. Shame cus all I wanted was a doner wrap. Which I payed for.

Very poor food was stone cold when turned up order was wrong

Meal for 2 is always tender and plentiful. Recommended

Dreadful customer service, the person over the phone when I was enquiring about order being an hour late needs to learn some manners. He did not want to listen to what I had to say, he just hanged up on us. Our delivery came an hour late, customer service was shocking and thirdly, the food arrived stone cold. Definitely not worth your time or energy ordering from them, go somewhere else!

Shame to have to write this review. Ordered food last night, ask twice for BBQ sauce on the Ribs for one of the kids, food turns up, no sauce, called Ali Kebab, they said can send some sauce, be 5 to 10 mins, food wasn't exactly that HOT anyway, so asked could they just resend the ribs as the meat will be cold and Ill box the old one up! they said NO, even though they admitted to forgetting the sauce, to make matters worse they then said they will send sauce but if I want the whole meal again, I would have to come to them, work that one out.... where has customer service gone.I felt sorry for the young girl on the phone, she was polite and it was not her fault, whoever was in the background didn't seem to care even though he knew they forgot....They are so many kebabs and Turkish restaurants in Rayleigh, so I though I would give Ali Kebabs my business, shame to say I wont be again.

Food is always spot on, X-Large wraps could easily feed 2 people!The wait times are hit and miss. You could be waiting a while. If you order in a busy period don't order sauce in your wrap etc, as it will turn it into a soggy mess. Would still definitely recommend though.Look at the size of that wrap! Full of flavoursome chicken!

We moved and after very bad experiences with our own local kebab shop we were a little apprehensive But we tried Ali babas and we love the food always piping hot always arrive on time and the delivery drivers are so polite and friendly . It deserves 10 stars all the way !!! See you Saturday lol

When my order was ready he asked for payment I pulled out my card to pay and in a loud voice said cash only. When I said why in this day and age..he didn't answer just kept saying in a louder and louder voice cash only cash only...something wrong there and hope no one else experience that..not right

Food is always really good but customer service is less than average (apart from someone I spoke with tonight who was nice but I could here someone yelling in the background after having the phone put down on the side).Unfortunately, the delivery is always late. Tonight it was an hour and 20 minutes. Last time it was the same. It’s very easy to say “sorry”. Would be much better if they offered 10% off for the next visit as we are regulars but feel as though our custom isn’t important

I ordered a kebab, garlic bread, chocolate cake and cheese cake over the weekend. I couldn't fault the kebab but the cheese cake turned up completely frozen. I rang the shop to ask for a bit of unfrozen cake and the very rude man on the phone said no put it in the microwave ! He then rung up. So I rang the shop again to question this and he told me his very busy and doesn't have time so hung up again! safe to say I didn't eat the cheese cake.
