I've used choi Inn for years food has always been superb. But over the last year the prices have rocketed , and the standard of food has dropped so much. The meat tastes false..

Second time eating a takeaway from here. The food wasn’t as nice as the first time. Each time we’ve ordered the portion sizes have not been great. Noodles and rice pots full but crispy beef and other dishes half empty in the plastic pot.

Lovely Chinese food. Close to authentic style and quality, compares well with visit to Hong Kong. The kitchen is open so customers can see how clean and efficient it and the cooks are. Will go again.

We ordered here for my mum's birthday as our usual Chinese was shut. Food was 20 mins late so we called the restaurant, they said it had left them 15min ago. My husband pointed out that it would then be cold when it got to us after being sat in the car. They said we could take it back to them ourselves once it had arrived and we would be able to get a refund but that was all they could suggest. When it did arrive it was just about warm so we ate it after waiting such a long time. Honestly the worst Chinese I've had. Egg fried rice was just plain boiled rice that had been reheated and was rock hard. Spring rolls literally had nothing inside them at all. The duck dish had hardly anything in the container at all and what was there was just fat. Really disappointing and customer service is rubbish. Don't waste your time.

Collected a meal the chicken and sweet corn soup was like bowl of salt I ordered hot and sour soup that was like dish water and I also ordered sweet and sour king prawn balls I got sweet and sour king prawns Cantonese style totally different dish when I wrong and complained they turned around and said we have been very busy and trying to catch up on the orders , that is no excuse for given the wrong food out . I have had some lovely meals here but if that’s the way this takeaway is going to work like I will not be going back there again

Mediocre rating because the food was delicious, but arrived two hours after ordering. This was disappointing because we had good memories of Choi Yin but had fallen out of the takeaway habit for a few years.

Ambience good, food delicious and plentiful, staff friendly and efficient. We had the "All you can eat" for £21 per head, excellent value. After we had finished and without being asked, staff brought a bowl of icecream with a lit candle in and joined in with my family to sing Happy birthday to me! Highly recommended.

Found the food lovely me and my friend order from eat as much as you like menu which is £21 approximately each. Atmosphere is nice staff friendly. Service is normally good. We we're there on a quiet evening.

We had a great evening. Really tasty lovely food & good service. Only query would be, why are prawn crackers not complimentary? Seems a little cheeky to expect you to pay when free with a Chinese takeaway.

A perfectly decent Chinese. All the things you would expect though none of the food is incredible. The staff are sullen and to the point but service is quick. The restaurant itself is bright and welcoming, but can be noisy. Prices are in line with the area.A good night out but nothing special.
