Only wanted to go for a drink. Was greeted by a miserable member of staff (I believe her name was Janine) who obviously didn't want to be there. Everything was an effort for her. The 2 stars are for the rest of the staff who worked hard and were pleasant. I won't be going back again

Waited 1hr 30 for a southern fried chicken wrap and a halloumi wrap, after the third time of asking where our food was we asked for a refund they then rushed inside to grab our food. A lady who had turned up an hour after us got her food before our table and when our food finally came out they gave us two soggy halloumi wraps with warm salads. Not even the right food. They then said they would only give us a refund in cash and not on the card we paid with.

Such a shame always had a lovely meal here but this time waited over an hour from ordering a wrap until it arrived. Side salad had been left under a heat lamp so it was cooked. Hope to have a better experience next time.

Spent a great evening here with friends. Great menu and food was delicious and plentiful. Bit slow with the drinks, but overall a good experience and would definitely come again.

Our food was good no complaints, waited quite a long time for it to arrive, but it was a little busy.So took this into account. We stacked our empty plates and waited and waited and waited. Noone came to clear. So, as my mother likes a dessert, I went to the bar to order them.I joked with the lady at the bar that I thought we had been forgotten and ordered sweets, she said they would be with us shortly. Someone, finally came and took the stacked plates. Dessert followed shortly after.Again, when we finished we stacked the empty plates........and again waited and waited, I finally went to the bar and asked to pay my bill. I did not leave a service tip as I felt the level of service was not acceptable .

Brilliant food, friendly service and a nice environment to sit down for a few drinks and a meal. All for a reasonable price, service could be a bit faster.

We went on Valentine's Day for a drink and it was busy but we were given a table and well served. Looks a lovely place, we both decided to return one day for a meal.

Food is ok service is ok the waitresses were ok apart from the fat one behind the bar ..is most unfriendly person you can ever meet not a smile no acknowledgement when we arrive is like she's been forced to work there ..why would anyone want to employ someone like that in hospitality ??!!! And I've noticed that she's like that with everyone ...she shouldn't be working there she should be working in a funeral parlor.

We were welcomed by Colin on arrival who was very friendly and welcoming. We had booked the festive meal which was well presented, tasty and good value for money. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and good service, definitely a place to go back to in future.

Fabulous service tonight. Extremely helpful waiter and nothing was too much trouble. He has only worked there a few weeks and couldn't do enough and created our order to just what we fancied after a long day in london. Definitely wouldn't get that in big busy city.
