Very impressed with the service here - efficient yet polite. I was greeted with a lovely warm smile from the young lady who was serving. It really cheered me up!

Not open late nor do they do vegan

Never open at the advertised time. Also coffee isn't the best from here, tried a few times to see if it was a one off, but the flavours are hit and miss.

Don't buy coffee there, I bought 2 coffees and they are totally different than on every other costs coffee. Waste of money and time.

Extremely rude staff. I was shouted at and my food was slammed on the counter . After all that I was waiting for a slap at the end. Absolutely unbelievable that they think they can get away with this kind of service. Definitely avoid and get your coffee on the plane or anywhere else.

Very disappointed that you only get a discount for using your own cup on hot drinks....BUT that does NOT include tea!!! Go figure.Come on Costa..Im doing the right thing using my own cup but you are discriminating against tea drinkers.

Great place for a quick snack and coffee b4 flying. Staff extremely helpful and polite.

Fresh open and you can tell. There are many problems to be resolved here including quality. Servers at front not processing orders correctly resulting in the Barista making mine warm latte and another person's coconut milk coffee incorrectly. So when informed the barista decided to take a short cut to make the drink warm she just tiped some away and added cold milk. Only when I asked for a refund did she remake it very begrudgingly. That way I can get the correct temputure and density of milk. Very unhappy. Being open planned make sure you watch them make your drink.

Miserable staff, asked for a short flat white. They said there is just a flat white on the till 🙄Got served a latte.....British service at its best!Why can’t the airport have a nice little independent shop in here and welcome its visitors?

Very friendly staff. Small cosy café, it's only open on arrival and departure.
