KFC in Rochford

Purchased a meal coming to 10.76. Gave £21 & given less than £10 back. When notifying staff they gave wrong change. They stormed off to get keys for till. After I handed over all the change, they then gave just £10 note. I stated they hadn't given correct change still. I got a rude attitude about it. I was still given incorrect change afterwards so I just walked away without checking properly. I then left store to find i hadn't been given my drink. After returning to store & complaining the manager gave a full refund for meal.

service was okay here, the staff could have been a bit more friendly and happy! was a quick stop off for a drink whilst waited for car to be serviced

Found a total of 6 long brown hairs and was actually disgusted with it. Also asked for the zinger tower burger to change the hash brown to another zinger burger but didn’t get it. Box was unclean. Also had bbq sauce in my burger when I didn’t ask for it. Wouldn’t recommend this kfc.

I don't think this branch have actually ever given me an order that is correct. I'm always short of something, tonight chicken pieces missing. Admittedly, I've never gone back and complained, because it's a pain to do so. I will no longer use this branch, I'll drive further to Progress Rd.

Really good service, so much cleaner than many other KFCs. Order was taken correctly and was good.

Hubby's favourite fast food is KFC. We had had a hectic start to the day and decided to have KFC for our 1st meal of the day even though it was gone 3.30pm. On the whole, meal was tasty but i find the zinger wraps very salty. Hubby said it was to his liking but could taste it so knew why i found it hard as not a high salt lover. Service was however quick and friendly.

Awful service - one of the older ladies working on Monday around 1pm was horrendous. I'm exempt from wearing a mask, She told me to put it on. I explained and she was just rude ever since. Not once was I rude at all. The machine was slow and did not give us the option to choose takeaway, when we were given a tray we asked very politely to have a bag and she huffed, didnt answer and just threw the bag at my brother in law. and then started slagging us off to her colleagues making us extremely uncomfortable. all she had to do was pass us a bag, we even packed it ourselves and she still complained and moaned. I will never ever be coming back in here after using you since you opened. maybe consider getting people who are good with the public

Only received half an order. Fillet burger just had a dried out bit of chicken in it. No relish no salad. Absolutely bloody awful. AGAIN. That’s it. Won’t buy again

Nice rice box meal. Double zinger but I was hoping for more zing than that. Not spicy enough but tasty never the less.

Just went to Cherry Orvhatd way KFC. Not had KFC for years and was on hurry. Used drive through and asked to max my meal. The guy understood and was helpful. I get served and head home. Open up the bag and see about 12 chips in a bag. I would hate to see a standard bag of chips if that is max/large. Now hungry and won't be going back to KFC.
