Papa John's Rayleigh in Rochford

Order many times, sometimes topping is less but pizzas and Cheese stick are fabulous. And even staff is professional and helping so giving 5 stars. On few weekends I get my order late but I can understand, these are busy days. Nevermind

Ordered two times in this week and got my order with 25 minutes even though I am living in hockley. Best driver named as shakib. Nice and polite staff as much as I know.

Collected few orders from store, staff is very helpful and food was very tasty and hot. Especially their dips.

One of the best service in the town, staff is very cooperative and listen to you properly...

Always cheaper to pick it up in store, rather than order online.Fast and delicious.

Pizza didn't have enough toppings very very poor but the staff are fantastic really lovely lads

It's like really good I don't know what these reviews are on about.

I literally only gave these Jokers one star because i can't leave a zero review. Totally unacceptable lack of service. Ordered for an office. waited over an hour. Rang them and got told the driver had waited at my "house" for 25 minutes. I explained that we were an office and the driver never even tried the door and requested redelivery. They stated they wouldn't redeliver. Went mad at them , gave up and put the phone down in the end, so we then ordered from somewhere else, only to find that the driver decided to come back with cold pizza's no one wanted anymore as we had ordered elsewhere. Totally useless.

Completey unacceptable. Ordered from here twice first time took over an hour and pizzas were undercooked.Second time pizzas were 2 HOURS, undercooked and completely wrong. I asked for a works with no jackfruit pepperoni and added pineapple, I got a pizza with ONLY jackfruit pepperoni and pineapple???? That doesn't even make sense?!I will NEVER order from this branch again I'm surprised that this branch is even allowed to operate at this level of appalling service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

If I was Papa John I would be sacking the branch manager/franchisee. A disgrace to the Papa John's name! The staff at this branch are incapable of cooking the pizzas aswell, took 2 hours to arrive and putting the correct toppings on the pizzas seems to be a task that is too difficult for the workers here.
