Pizza Express in Rochford

Susanna served me today and gave great customer service. It is my local Pizza Express and I visit the place after work as I work in Rayleigh. The food is always good and cooked to my satisfaction. I am now on the gold reward level as I use their app to select the available promos and rewards and use it to pay my bill.

A great evening spent at this restaurant with my son. Food was great and the atmosphere of the restaurant welcoming. Our waitress (Zuzanna) was very polite, friendly and attentive and looked after us so well. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic, friendly and professional service from Zuzanna and Connar. Service was very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Food was tasty and we were well taken care of. We usually take away but will definitely be back to dine in - it was a great experience 👌🏼

My first time at a Pizza Express and I was very happy with the quality and quantity of the food. I had the Hoisin Duck pizza which was very good. My lunch partner and I were under a time crunch and the staff accommodated us were well with smooth, efficient and friendly service.

The food was good but the price was on the high side for what it was but then that's Pizza for you. I had a vegetarian nourish bowl so they do offer alternatives. The place was very busy when we visited which lead to quite a slow but very polite service.

First time I dined at a pizza express and it didn't disappoint. Great interior, welcoming staff and delicious food what's more to say.I will definitely be going back there again soon

Great service delicious food and cozy atmosphere in the oldest house in Rayleigh right beneath the History museum.

Very poor experience. I asked for a margherita with black olives and artichoke. When it arrived, artichokes were non existent (see photo). I complained and asked for them to be removed from the bill. I was told margheritas come with 2 free toppings so would not be charged anyway. Bill came, had been charged for artichoke, was then told only 1 free topping. Company policy is 3 pieces of artichoke which are split into thin slices. When I disagreed with the server she interrupted me and said, "Like I said..." Never been spoken to so rudely!

We had a great lunch here, the waitress was really friendly and the food was first class. All of our courses were served at a sensible pace and the clearing wasn't rushed "to encourage you to make to the next course or leave". Really nice food and a comfortable atomsphere too.
