Truly shocking drink service. Attended a black tie dinner for 100 guests. Informed on arrival that they only had 5 bottles of Prosecco. This was Asda Prosecco which retails for £5.99, but Chichester sell for £32 (And Asda have a ‘buy 6 and get 25% off’, offer at the moment, so why not send out for more?)And they were selling cans of kronenburg for £4.50 each! They ran out of Prosecco by 8pm and I spent most of the evening gate crashing the other two function rooms in search of drinks for our table of ten. Apparently, they can’t move stock from one function to another to restock the bars.Never seen anything like this before when attending black tie balls. Absolute disgrace!

Rather disappointingWe booked a room for Sunday night 12th June, when we arrived first impressions were not great, car park was overgrown with weeds, and needed a good tidy up. We originally booked a superior double room back in 2019 for a wedding, but due to covid it was cancelled. The room was kept as a credit for future use.. On arrival we were given the Bridal Suite room 213(an upgrade I thought!) But rather disappointed as it was to the back of the hotel overlooking the Building Contractors Tate & Morgan. The room was clean and spacious but the bed was like a board (really hard and uncomfortable, I had back ache the next morning) The other issue was the Mira electric shower which did not heat up, and the water trickled out from the controls and also lack of flow.We stay in quite a few hotels due to my husband's line of work, and I have to be honest I don't think we will stay here again! On a positive note the room was very clean.

We were at a function food was good however there was no draft beer as there was a problem with the gas that no one could sort .so offered a bottled bitter...it was 4 months out of date!..took that back!No hand towels in mens toilets and no toilet paper in ladies. Pretty disappointing to be honest..nice venue....

One of the worst stays I've ever had. I was in room 101 (I know) which was next to a fire escape and people were in and out of it ALL night. The pillows were also strangely tiny! If I wanted to sleep I would have had to wear ear plugs and bring my own pillows.

Went for a dinner and disco night for my cousin Hen Do. Great food and great DJ.Had a Superior Twin room which still needed a bit of work to it. No hairdryer in the room. No mirror where the desk was which you could do with when doing your hair. The mirror on the wall was abit far from the plug .Only one staff member serving breakfast so we had to wait half an hour for breakfast

Stayed here overnight to attend a wedding at Stockbrook Manor.Sad to say that this hotel is in some serious need of updating and modernisation.Rooms were very basic and shower/toilet facilities quutevunacceptable.Your legs are right up against the towel rail so you're sitting uncomfortably at a wierd angle.I smashed my head twice when taking showers. No room to shower comfortable and the shower head was so bad it kept sliding down and not fot for purpose.I opted to pay £10 p.p for the breakfast...a total waste of:£50 I've ever spent!!!Poor poor quality and food was quite cold...if we had more time I would have sent it all back was really unacceptable!!!We checked out and gave my feedback to reception and they also agreed rooms were very basic and the owner was being bought put by new owners ..Trust me this can't happen quick enough and of the new owners are reading this, get in there and sort this place out as its clear that the current owners don't care amd have given up!!!I hope this is read and your feedback or even a phone call back would be appreciated as I've only scratched the surface here!!!

It was clean and quiet, but breakfast was locked at the reception till late, so we missed it.

First impressions were not good...! The receptionist was wandering around in his socks whilst engrossed with WhatsApp on the mobile! As for the rooms, very basic but exceptionally clean, the bed that I slept in was so unstable that every time I moved the bed continuously wobbled giving the feeling of being on a boat at sea

Well what can I say! Thank you just does not seem enough! The Chichester allowed us to use the Chichester suite for our Children’s Prom after their school cancelled theres, Julie the events manager went above and beyond for us! Nothing was too much trouble and the venue was perfect, we were also given the smaller car park for our red carpet arrivals and the perfect area for the entrance with disabled access too, The back drop was perfect for the photos and we were given free range to decorate as we pleased (within reason) I would definitely recommend this venue for any event, with plenty of space and stunning decor you will not be disappointed. If I am to arrange any event small or large again, I will be trying here first! Again we cannot thank Julie and her team enough! A full 5 Stars!
