The Yard Barista Bar in Rochford

Fantastic cocktails great evening out xx

My husband left a review regarding food we had yesterday and the response you gave was incorrect and dishonest! The waitress that served us was very polite and well-mannered, but at no point were we advised of how long it would take.In terms of sending food back, my husband asked for his bread to be toasted and to have 2 hash browns, not 1 and a 1/2. He did not send it back, the waitress returned the plate to the kitchen, we were unaware it was being cooked again and would have to wait even longer than the 30 mins we had already waited. As you mentioned in your response, it is important others understand the context of what actually happened! I had completed my lunch before his came back. The sarcasm was not from the waitress that served us, it was a lady that prepared the food. Please ensure criticism is taken and lies are not a way of responding.Thank you.

40 minute wait for breakfast that turned up wrong, by the time it got out again my Mrs had finished hers. When I mentioned it I got sarcasm. Over priced too.First and last visit

Lovely food and coffees, staff great too.

We took our daughter for a birthday lunch. Delicious food. Staff friendly and attentive. Will definitely return. Excellent little gem.

Popped in for a coffee whilst visiting the Windmill. Lovely staff. Great coffee.

Visited lunchtime on saturday.Good menu - great range and priceHowever our food all came out at different times - 20 minutes between first and last person to get their food. Also witnessed a member of staff be very rude about a couple who left and complained after waiting a long time to be served. Really poor to take the pi55 in front of other customers!

We had a great breakfast here. Lovely place - great menu and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Lovely food, service is very good and friendly. Would reommend them.

Great food, lovely staff. Really recommend
