Terrible customer care when dealing with complaints. Unable to admit a mistake.Bought a bread the day before and was rock solid, imposible to bite. The manager kept telling me it wasn’t true. We are (were) usual customers and that bread was not like it had been in other occasions. We eat breads on a daily basis since childhood so we know a bit about breads.

Hands down best coffee in Cambridge. Great pastries ,cakes and breads are delicious. Worth the hike from town. Staff are very friendly and toasties are yum !!

I've been to Dulcedo many times for coffee. They do a great coffee, they efficient and friendly. The food looks good it's just the cakes aren't vegan friendly. They do make vegan cakes but depends on staff availability and there's plenty of great smelling bread plus local products.

Brilliant patisserie and bakery. The bread is incredible, especially the sourdough and the prices are reasonable. The patisserie goods are delicious and beautiful to look at. Everything we tried was fantastic. Plum, apple and custard, armonds, cinnamon, croissants - you will struggle to pick just one. The coffee is excellent as well and the service is swift and friendly. It's very popular but not crowded and there are plenty of seats outside. Highly recommended.

The macarons are better than the Ladurée's and as good as the world's champion's macarons.The Galette des rois (only available in January) is perfect.Manu the French baker is in my opinion not only the best in town but making some of the best deserts I've ever had !

Dulcedo is a great patisserie! They have all sorts of products; from different types of amazing bread to delicious pastries and sandwiches made with loads of care. I don't drink coffee, so I always have a matcha latte that is delicious!Lately they have started making their own chocolates and chocolate bars, that look very nice!! (See photos attached)

We absolutely love this bakery, it’s the best in Cambridge, it’s a little further outside of the centre, but it’s well worth the visit. The selection of pastries changes daily, the breads are so fluffy and flavoursome, well made coffee, three types of hot chocolate -all made with REAL chocolate!! What more could you ask for?This place is a hidden gem, make sure you go early as things sell out fast!We love how you can get a regular great pastry like a croissant but then you can also get something you’ve never tried before, they do little fancy desserts, home made chocolates and the best macaroons outside of France !Staff are friendly and everything is reasonably price! Only wish they would extend into one of the other surrounding units and do all day food, I know that would be just as good! What a great way to start the day - stayed at Hyatt Centric and so glad hotels menu is not priced and we didn't want a big bill so we had brekkies at Dulcedo instead. The best pastries and coffee and we've eaten a lot in France patisseries - just beautiful

Very friendly staff, delicious coffee, breads and pastries. I am a regular customer and yes - the staff kindly and very politely challenges customers if they don’t wear a mask - I love that, it shows they are a responsible business who care about the health of all of their customers. It makes me feel safe and if people were just walking in unmasked without being challenged, I would not go there anymore (and I know many of my friends/neighbours wouldn’t either). So, thank you, Dulcedo for your amazing service and absolutely delicious treats, bread, coffee and pastries.
