Harris+Hoodle in South Cambridgeshire

The quality of drinks and food is good. I had a mocha and a pastry and they were very tasty. The staff was friendly and served me with a smile.My was table was wobbling and there was nothing I could do about it. The short chubby lady obviously has had no customer service training, twice this week I've been in there, served the person in front of me and just walks off to make their coffee, doesn't even acknowledge I'm there. I think because it's expensive she seems to think she has the right to be rude to everyone. Anyway at least the staff at Costa are nice and friendly.

Good coffee, a little cool and expensive. Let down by the fact it was 15 mins before closing, so the hoover cleaner was buzzing by noisily, and the young girl gave the minimum of ' just about polite and not happy' service.We always went weekly before lockdown, when there were a couple of great guys and a young girl serving, and they were fantastic, polite and smiley. Felt a bit let down, as it was a bit of a treat for us!

When you pop into a Tesco supermarket for any reason you don't expect great coffee and service from friendly, knowlegible staff. If I'm working in Bar Hill I would undoubtedly stop here. It isn't cheap but the coffee will not disappoint.

Good coffee. Pastries left open for flies to land on though, hence 4 stars. Croissants served nice and warm

Friendly place with welcoming staff. Great place to drop into before and after a shopping trip. Food choices might be limited but what is there is good. Comfortable seating arrangements and a book exchange makes for a pleasant experience

Always guranteed a decent coffee here .Well trained baristas and some genuinely impressive latte art from the team too!

Lovely coffee and tea. The ginger bread biscuit is very good.

I had a coffee cooler and it was the smallest most disappointing drink I've had from a coffee shop. Paying £4 for the privilege just added insult to injury! The staff were pleasant though
