First timers on the takeaway option Wow brilliant very tasty and fast delivery and very friendly phone manner we will be back well done. Kind regards Eric & Amanda. Burwell

Sunday lunch disappointing. Main meal arrived at after 3pm for a 1.30pm table. Only then after a nudge that time was getting on. Not fresh and nicely cooked by then. We were accused on several occasions of having a starter! Too late to stay for dessert. Drank more during the wait.

Brilliant nice trip out . Visited a few little places while there.

Went with a group of 4 for Sunday lunch. The food took forever to come and then arrived cold. The roast potatoes were inedible and meat was bland. Service was very slow despite staff standing around chatting. Would not recommend and will not be going back!

Absolutely delicious food. Good veriety. Beautifully presented. Reasonably priced. Friendly service. Really enjoyed the whole experience, we will definitely be going back again. Dogs are welcome outside so will be taking them at some point too!!

We had lunch here and can thoroughly recommend it to everyone. A lovely country pub in a small village, but only ten minutes from the A14.I had cod and chips, my wife had tofu salad. Both were presented beautifully, and both were very tasty. Generous portions, a very helpful team and good pricing mean we’ll be looking for excuses to make the detour again in future.Well done to all involved, the Hole in the Wall is back!

Absolutely top-notch. The food was excellent, both in presentation and taste. The service was excellent and the total bill was less than I expected. I will certainly be returning.

We booked and went for Sunday lunch, starters were good but not particularly traditional, big portions though. The mains were huge with every conceivable vegetable and trimming. Desserts were good but not great, we asked for cream rather than ice cream which arrived in a little jug which is nice. There is no place for mini marshmallows in Eton mess however - please!

Just had the most amazing 3 course meal for mothers day. The roast dinner was 5 stars, faultless. All the food arrived in good time at a good temperature. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. The pub itself is well maintained, warm and cosy inside. Highly recommend.

Fantastic food, we had 2 fish dishes, the sslmon and the smoked haddock. Bith were beautifully presented and all fresh ingredients. The "snug" and bar are so cosy.
