KFC Cambridge Services A14 in South Cambridgeshire

Bank holiday monday Evening and they have run out of Chicken. I don't mind that in itself what with the current supply chain issues but why not put up a sign?

They don’t take cash! LolAlso very slow, order was wrong too. Lots of options at the services, avoid this place

Possibly the worst KFC I’ve ever been too. Arrived around 8:30pm only to find the staff had stopped taking orders. Don’t go there if it’s late….. but the Fresh stand did a great half chicken and chips instead.

Waited almost 10 minutes just for one drink and even then there was no apology or decent customer service.

Couldn't order via screen as needed to use blc and queue although short took ages as only 1 team member front of house. Food good when it arrived

Arrived at 11.00am greatly looking forward to my KFC only to find the shutters pulled across and the place not open. Very disappointed as i had to settle for a McDonalds. Won't bother in future. Poor.

There was one staff member named Alisha. Working on her own, on the counter, serving food, taking orders. Over worked staff member , shame on you KFC. Alisha is so good at her job and you treat them like that. Alisha keep it up your doing great !

Stood waiting to order for 15 mins I was the only one I the queue. I was then spoke to rudely when I asked if I could order. I was told I had to use the machine but couldn't as I was paying cash. Ended up walking away. Complete s**t show.

Ordered food for a takeaway for the family after being out driving since 5am this morning and what a let down, took ages to even be served when there wasn’t even any customers, one at the back doing nothing just looking and not even seeing to anyone and another hiding away in a side room. Eventually got my food after I had to wait while they were seeing to a customer complaining about uncooked food. Got home to find the food was horrendous, burnt an dry and mostly wing portions, if it wasn’t a half hour drive back I would have brought it back and demanded a refund for this trash I was served. Seriously boycott KFC and order from Chicken Cottage, a lot better food by miles. Will definitely not be eating KFC trash again.

It's a pretty shabby service station anyway, so that doesn't help. Every time we've got a meal from here they forget to put something in. This time it was the fries. You also cannot use the rewards scheme/offers at this location, which is frustrating. The food is on par with other KFCs, as expected.
