A wonderful restaurant in cambridge, a must visit. Very clean, plenty of parking and exceptional service. Food absolutely delicious. Lal bagh kala ghust is an exceptional dish and a must try.

Ordered last night to try this as we had never been. They had lots of variants that you can choose from which seems really interesting compared to other places. I had ordered a Labbabder and garlic chilli chicken. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and it was a very nice atmosphere and quick service, collection only took 20 minutes which was very quick.Unfortunately, when we got home, plated our food and started to eat we was not very impressed. The Naan bread, rice was all fine. But the onion bhajis were soggy, and our curries were either very bland or missing something to give it that extra taste. Half way through my meal, I felt very uncomfortable and so did my other half after hers. This lasted throughout the night and the only thing we had to eat last night was the food from here. It’s really disappointing as I have had food much better else where and even if not, we have been fine not felt so bad after and had such a restless night and the only explanation we have of that it was the food. For that reason, 2 stars. Overall I was very impressed with the service and speed I got my food etc. But the food was very bland, and I was far from impressed and plus we did not feel well afterwards, I personally would not return.

The tester menu is very nice and give you a very good verity of food. Yet, if I’d go again I’ll have chops because they are super delicious and yummy. The spicy level is also good (i.e. medium). The price may vary according to the menu but for the tester menu was £35 yet you get enough food.

Working away from home a lot, I always choose a restaurant by the review rating. Quite often these dont live up to expectation. Not in this case!A lovely country location and building, tastefully decorated and with attentive, well mannered, professional staff. The food was outstanding!!! Probably some of the best indian food I've ever had (and I've had a lot). You wont be disappointed.

Having been there many times before I have to say tonight was disappointing. There was no real greeting when we went in, we also had to ask for drinks. Our meal was delivered which was good but again we were not asked if we wanted any more drinks throughout our meal. The waiter didn't look at all happy in his job! We paid the bill and left without a good bye from anyone. Its not the service you expect in a restaurant of this standard.I agree it was getting very busy but surely its better long term to book less people and pay a little more attention to a smaller amount of people. At the end of the day it cost £160 which is not cheap.

Main course good, service slow and appalling at the end when my partner's dessert arrived and I was then told that they had run out of what I ordered. Surely they should have told me sooner? Won't be going back and certainly won't recommend to anyone

Disappointing Internet ordering process when the order was lost that night. Friendly and apologetic staff reentered my order and food eventually made its way to my car (of make and model specified) but that information did not make its way to the chef who could only find me when I waited outside my car for a second pass. Food quality was lost as it was cold by the time we got home. Food was in plastic trays so could not put in the oven to warm. Reheated in turns per person and meat from microwave. Not the best sauce and spice flavours around even considering reheating. I did receive a partial refund the following day. Place was busy and car park full with cars being blocked in by other customers.

Me and my partner were extremely happy with our spontaneous trip to this restaurant. Never been before but the food and service were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was smiley and helpful. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! Definitely going again and I'll be recommending to everyone.

Me and my girlfriend went out on a spur of the moment date night and we were so so pleased that picked Lalbagh as our venue for the evening. The most delicious and tasty food from beginning to end everything was superb. I honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly. We will definitely be back in the future and I will telling as many people as possible to visit this wonderful little gem tucked away in Bourn, just outside Cambridge off of the A428.
