McDonald's in South Cambridgeshire

Went this evening, ordered new chicken burger meal, with coke and double cheese burger and Fanta, firstly if you ever want a milkshake never go here cause they never have them at all, pretty sure their milkshake machine has been out for over 3 months 😂, 1st window was fine, 2nd window there was a blonde male manager and brunette young woman there, firstly gave my food so asked for drinks, she proceeds to ask for food back and then gives me the drinks which were correct but then wrong food, so obviously stated the food was wrong, then she took it back and said nothing no apology or anything, gave me my food correctly, and then slammed the window on me without saying anything whilst the manager just stood there, made me laugh as was just appalling but glad I’m not on the other side of the window lol.Either way got home and burgers were fine, for some reason got a large drink even though only ordered medium, but chips were hardly cooked and pretty cold compared to the burgers… the chips have been a regular issue, most times I go never order chips because they are rubbish but seems they don’t even bother cooking them now lolEither way I’m surprised the two employees were employed in the first place, and how the manager got his position who knows! absolutely terrible customer service, thankfully won’t be coming back!

The experience leader interrupted my eating to ask me random questions. I had a headset on and just wanted to eat my food. The chicken big Mac was also rats

Rude customer service. Not even a thank you while ordering food. Ordered at the drive thru, at the second window I was just instructed ‘park on the car park’ and the guy walked away. Great. Had to go in to get Milk for the tea (which they didn’t give when asked) to find the mens soap dispensers are empty, and no antibacterial gel was available. Great idea considering COVID 19 is around. Would not recommend.

It’s actually not 24 hours, recently understaffed so closes up at 9/10pm. Annoyingly they’ll still charge you on the app on pick up orders

The dine in experience was extremely poor / slow especially as the restaurant was virtually empty... There was a lot of drive thru activity which must have priority...

One of the worst McDonalds I've ever had! On the way back from a late and long journey decided this was our best choice. Grabbed a Chicken sandwich meal and a cheeseburger, the burger was lukewarm and tough so it had obviously been sat around for a while and the fries where like eating shoe laces! Normally for McDonald's you get pretty much the same at each one, but this one bucks that trend.

Edited review: my second visit was great, it was clean and being cleaned the whole time I was there. It has outside parking bays specifically for orders to be brought to your car, disabled parking , big car park in general. Outside seating area, drive through . Impressive considering the place itself is small .

Drive Through Nightmare! Once you are in line, you are trapped and cannot get out! I waited over 30 minutes this morning to get to the window (only 10 in front?). And only after complaint of waiting so long, received a very underwhelming apology and a request for £4.37 for 2 double cheese burgers & a drink.I informed the young lady to keep the food, as the idea of eating their food at this time was now making nauseous.Sadly, anytime a business takes customers so much for granted, it should make the consumer sick. And the consumer should seriously re-consider if they are in the right place and should take their business elsewhere!

Nice mcdonalds, food was quick. Actually broke down in their car park and they helped with waiving the parking fee with no problems whilst I waited for a tow truck which made things a bit less stressful for me.

In general a McDonalds is a McDonalds. It’s clean, offers plenty parking, toilets are well taken care of and service is digital. Staff all wear masks and the Wi-Fi is decent too.
