McDonald's in South Cambridgeshire

Pretty standard McDonald, we tried the app and curb pickup and we waited almost 20 minutes even if the mcdrive was almost empty.Probably next time we will just go in and use the kiosk as it will be faster.

Queue for drive through was extremely long, food handler at the end of the journey handed me the wrong food before taking it back out of my hands & remaining silent.I Appreciate the hot weather at the moment and we're all hot and bothered, customer service was appalling.

Used to be a good place but gone down last few weeks; can not always have table service and number board not working at all. Some staff v good (mikey) but some are not so good and downright surly in some cases. Food above average and if eating in sometimes dont always receive full order and then have to find staff to rectify this

Always have to check order as previously each time something was missing. Some drive through staff just can't be bothered, moody. Quality of food varies significantly a bit of lottery. What's the point of asking which dip us needed if never given. Fries sometimes with salt sometimes without. Simple things that cannot be done.

Terrible McDonald's! ... always have to complain here , never got ice for drinks , burgers are thrown together with no care and fries are always bad ! ...having worked at McDonald's before I know how easy it is to get things right , sauce in guns , automatic machines, if you can't get pushing buttons right then good luck working anywhere else !

This McDonald’s exceeds themselves when it comes to consistent incompetence. 3 out of my last 5 visits to the drive through I have returned home with somebody else’s order. I know In reality it’s my fault for not checking while I am at the last window but it always feels to patronising to check it or ask the assistant if they managed to pick up and place my order in a bag and hand me the correct one, lesson learned. I accept we are only human and mistakes happen but this is becoming a curse. Side note - I still eat the incorrect order when I get home but this time opening the bag to a plain hamburger was the saddest story since Marley and me

Almost didn't come as there are a few bad reviews but glad we did. All very hot and prepared well, one room for improvement is that the chips were not salted at all.

Probably one of the worst mc Donald’s out there, Mc flurry machine never works. Food is usually missing from order or cold. If you ask for specific sauces with your food don’t expect to get them either.If your from the local area just go to the one in St Ives it’s much better!

Drive through do not make you feel welcome and it is if you are an annoyance to their day. Window 1 on countless occasions are too busy talking to their co-workers and do not focus on their job to the point they mess orders up frequently. it is no exaggeration when I say this venue is run very poorly!! I gave it the benefit of the doubt and now after multiple chances on different times and occasions I finally conclude this statement. I've gone there a fair few times as it is on my route to work.

In my past two visits the fries have been old and not really salted. The last visit I got food poisoning for 4 days. That has pretty much put me off visiting this location.
