Generally always have a great experience when we visit. The Staff are always welcoming and happy to help even when under staffed and tired. Since the last chef left the food has taking a huge rise in our eyes. Great all round now. 😊

Food service slow and quality average. Toilet seat broken off in gents, no loo roll in ladies. Popular though.

Great atmosphere, staff were excellent and friendly, shame they were out of the pies we wanted but the exchanged meals were very tasty and great value

Last time I went the I got chewing gum stuck to my jeans.... Needless to say not best impressed. Food is a bit hit n miss.

I went twice and the 2 (ladies) staff who attended me were not welcoming! They treated me badly I did just asked if they have a free table... and if they have a menu... and they answered very rude (maybe because I’m asian), I don’t know as I can see in other comments that they are friendly...

This pub has an above average selection of veggie and vegan options, as well as the usual steaks and grills, making it a good choice for a family whose eating preferences cover all the bases! Very friendly and helpful, they were completely up front about menu items that were not available due to not being able to source an ingredient. There was still plenty to choose from, with the veggie mushroom and roots pie being excellent...Anyone complaining about the impact of shortages on the menu really should take a breath, consider the wider picture and the times we are still living through.

Not dog friendly so had to sit outside in a smelly smokers area with no side walls on a cold windy day. Decent pint of Fosters but food isn't anything special.

Very friendly bar staff and landlord. Excellent atmosphere, just what a communiyt pub should have. Nice to have the drinkers and eaters seperated. Food was to be expected, not high end cuisine but tasty, hot and plentiful

The beer selection is not the best and the prices are astronomical. The staff are not the friendliest, but no different from any chain pub. However, the food menu for lunch is pretty solid.
