Monkfield Arms Cambourne in South Cambridgeshire

Great pub for a lunch, service was very quick but not felt rushed. Nice range of choice on both food and drink. Good place to go for a nice meal out but not too expensive.

Great wee family run pub. Food was amazing and the staff go that extra mile for you. We had burgers and they were out of this world. The new chef that they have got has come from Glasgow and she brilliant. Defo be back again

My first visit here. I found this place on the internet and I'm so glad I did. We were made so welcome by the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent too. There is ample parking which is always a good thing.

When we arrive the bar was exceedingly busy and leah was working alone and did a fantastic job of serving all the customers quickly and efficiently. We just wanted her to receive the recognition for the amazing job she did! Food was very tasty and came out quickly.

Great pub with great staff. The selection of drinks is amazing I couldn’t decide. My food came out nice and hot and very quick! We enjoyed our lunch today. We will be back

Want a local boozer with a few half decent beers? This is great. Trouble is, the website seems to suggest this place is something it’s not. Pizza menus on the tables, no pizza due to ‘new management’. First food arrived 1 hour after arrival, last order arrived 20 minutes after the first despite 7 dishes being ordered simultaneously. Would have been fine if the food was decent. It wasn’t. In short - need a pint? In you go. Need some lunch? Keep driving.

Pub was clean & fresh. Food was quick & amazing. Best pub chips I’ve ever had in my life!! Definitely will be returning, especially for that toffee waffle!

Very disappointing today to say the least. We always go there after shopping something to look forward to after shopping, we sat down checked the menu wife went to order meal. To be informed not cooking today chef is sick, there was no notices any where to say chef sick no cooking so we left and we had a McDonald's instead.

Generally always have a great experience when we visit. The Staff are always welcoming and happy to help even when under staffed and tired.Since the last chef left the food has taking a huge rise in our eyes. Great all round now. 😊

We've travelled up from Norwich and wanted to find a nice place to have a drink. This place did not disappoint! The staff were super friendly, great atmosphere and with a dart board and pool table made this a great night out. Paul the bar tender was a great laugh and we will look forward to popping in again on our next visit. 6 star if it was an option
