Subway in South Cambridgeshire

I had a wonderful experience yesterday whilst visiting for some nachos. Chloe was a little ray of sunshine very polite and even gave me extra cheese!

Missing items, this has happened more then once

Superb service and friendly staff, I have been ordering on the app and collecting all week, it has always been ready for me to collect.

This is in a convenient location for lunch when travelling. They do struggle with getting things prepared when it is busy and with the social distance it means you may be waiting outside in the rain! They appear to be covid safe and have good practices in place, the would benefit from an extra staff member at lunchtime.

My last two visits have been really bad, there is one member of staff who happened to be on her last few minutes of her shift both times I have visited and she made it clear she was not going to do nothing at all and had a face like thunder, I understand not many people want to work in subway but at least try and pretend, the other guy who was working today is so slow at making a sub it hurts to watch and the while he struggles the other guys just stand there waiting while a massive line of customers wait. today I asked for ranch dressing, I was told there isn't any (at the moment) but he made clear there was some in the back they just couldn't be bothered to go get it. all the staff that worked today could do with some customer service training, apart from the slow dude, he was polite just slowwww

Nice, clean and well presented. Sandwich quality depend on who is making it as with all subway restaurants. Newbies are stingy, but the experienced staff really fill the sandwiches to the brim! Good stuff

Fresh made sandwich and sub rolls made to order. used by our son as a alternative option to the main retail outlet that is on this site the carpark is shared by the neighouring units so at times can be very busy and spaces hard to find some disabaled parking spaces are outside the Store but can be filled by white van man parking across both bays something for the site management to look into 2 hours parking controled by ANPR CAMARA at the front entrance

I won't be back. I handed them a Scottish £20 note and they wouldn't except it and they were very rude. After my money was rejected the staff said it was there policy in that store. I have been in many subway stores in England and never had my Scottish money rejected. Absolutely shocking to say the least. Some staff training would be a good start in that store.

Staff are really helpful, friendly and polite. Food was as expected "a subway" but the only thing preventing the 5th star is that the public convenience wasn't the cleanest and they weren't that busy, thus no reason that the only table that was clean was the one we chose. Shame as it was nice.

Fresh food and polite service from the staff. Would recommend the salad bowls. Healthy and inexpensive. Withheld one star for the tables sometimes not always wiped. More likely due to the staff being busy serving rather than laziness though.
