Tamarind in South Cambridgeshire

Had a takeaway Saturday night. Promptly delivered and hot. Excellent food.

Such a friendly and welcoming restaurant serving delicious food. Went for a family meal tonight and the team looked after all of us with gorgeous food and excellent hospitality. Recommended very highly

Not brilliant to be honest. Had far better. Two main meals with nan breads. Considering the quality, very much overpriced in my opinion. It was ok.

We had a very lovely New Years Eve takeout from this restaurant. I highly recommend.

Be very careful with what you order and the price charged. I found several surprises with my bill at the end of my meal. Check the receipt before paying, they have a habit of doubling up! See attached photo. Food was bland, service was awful. There are ton of Indian restaurants in the area, suggest going elsewhere. And by the way they had my similar review removed from Yelp.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

Since the Tamrind has changed ownership I have eaten take away three times and have felt ill, I think this is because the are using gluten flours in their sauces. I think the previous owners knew more about gluten intolerance.. food was nice but please use Caution if Gluten is an issue

One of the best indian restaurant in cambridge, it is sad that they do not have enough advertisement but the food and interior is just WOW, Must try for anyone who is craving for some delicious indian curry and kebab. The staff are cordial and always smiling, Thanks for the pleasurable meal. Kudos amigos🖖
