Tesco in South Cambridgeshire

My friend and I got the crispy chicken burger and both ended up getting salmonella. Definitely avoid this place!!!!

Great place for a coffee, lunch or a quick bite. Friendly hard working staff who do their upmost to give quality service. Only downside is that they can get really busy at weekends, but that just goes to prove how popular this place is

The most incredible and friendly staff work at this place, The food is actually a much higher standard than what you would expect from a supermarket cafe, every time I go in there my food is amazing. However, there was on visit where I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger, it is usually amazing but the chicken was really tough horrible to chew. I asked for a new one but it was the same as the other one however this situation was dealt with by a very understanding, calm and patient member of staff 4*, Incredible coffee, atmosphere staff and food, loses one star due to the burger but it was taken care of thanks to the staff. INCREDIBLE JOB GUYS!

Very friendly staff, three of whom have been awarded Customer Excellence Awards. The Cafe itself is Cafe Excellence. Excellent food and coffee, hot chocolate, tea including herbal teas. Delicious cakes, scones. Breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Very good children's lunchbox selection. A very good meeting place, can use laptops there and connect to wifi. Manager, Michael is a top guy and has an excellent relationship with his staff, especially during very busy times.

Poor service. Front of house server very rude and abrupt. Staff unhappy and dragging their feet at a busy period. Food average and price increase for extras. On the plus side the table and floor was clean and the mocha nice

No trays at front scone was very dry npt many staff mostly taking. Food on floor not bin cleaned up . NOT HAPPY

Have been here in the past and not rated it due to food and staff but today i would rate it more than 5 star if i could just from the service we received from Haley. She is a complete credit to your staff, she was very welcoming and friendly and really wanted us to have exactly what we wanted so took the time to change items on my breakfast and add how i like my bacon etc cooked. Every customer thay was greeted by her left with a smile as she's so smiley and friendly

Do not use this cafe in the morning, staff are incapable, coffee lukewarm, bacon baps cold - if they arrive at all. Lunchtime and pm staff superb, young, proficient and professional with equally good food. Get a grip manager, although I doubt that extra training for the morning staff will suffice.

Well i thought a change would be good but clearly not here. The staff are clearly not happy there or morning people, Not one smile, customer service was none existent and the food taste microwaved! Wont be going back here!
