Absolutely amazing food with no stingngeyness of servings! Portions were great size! Great service and staff were super friendly and welcoming! We were not dressed like the locals at all, which were all suited and booted and dressed to impress, but we were not treated any different what so ever!We came in with our 2 kids and they accommodated for them so well, had a booster seat brought out for our 2 year old. And was told anything on the menu they can adjust and make into a children sized portion. My eldest said her food was better than Mummy's and wanted to take the rest home to finish it later! My partners steak was cooked to perfection and he thoroughly enjoyed it. My feta tomato baked chorizo pasta was lovely!Usually going into places with children and dressed in the usual parenting clothing we would often be spoken down to and watched like hawks but we were treated so respectfully and they are very genuine there and made us feel at ease ! Strongly recommend 😊

The place is nice, likely the best in the area. It's small, but well furnished and organized: offers a warm welcoming feeling without being oppressive, with well distanced tables. Service is always good, nice and kind, and this reinforce the welcoming feeling. The food offer is superior from the common pub, with some European touch here and there. So, why 4 and not 5 star? Because even if is generally good quality food, with the right care on ingredient's sourcing, there are some imperfections in preparation. For example, the pizza really looks as a perfect homemade one, with really well and carefully chosen ingredients, but has also the limitations of the homemade food, and doesn't reach the proper pizzeria level (likely due to an oven temperature limitation). Said that, is still a way better pizza than the one you could find from big pizza chains or kebab places around this area. In other preparation I spotted some other little mistake, likely due to some sporadic distraction in preparation. If you arrived to read so far, here's your reward: the cakes (and specifically the cheesecake) are amazing, well prepared and perfectly served. In conclusion, even if I didn't gave the 5 star, I still recommend, if you are around this area, to absolutely visit this place and enjoy the experience of good food offered by nice people.

Nan, Jacob and I went for lunch today.Fabulous beers but the food wasn't up to the standards that we expected.Jacob's lamb was cold and the potatoes weren't cooked so we ended up getting it reheated. The carrots were a bit hard but the beef was lovely along with the rest of the meal.Lovely customer service from friendly staff

Had a decent enough meal in the tipi.. Nice and cosy and lovely to sit in, only negative in there is, it is rather dark and cold (they do give you blankets). It does look very nice in there, done nice. The pub is very small with not alot of space and the customer service in the pub wasnt the best..The young lady came across a bit rude and a bit aggressive. The other young girl in the tent was very nice and friendly and helpful. High prices for what it is. Now the main part, the food.... It was nice enough, nothing that will blow you away but good enough. Quite big portions. I enjoyed it overall. For a rare night out if you can afford it , not bad place to come to try for one night.

Such a lovely meal, really tasty and well presented. Service was excellent too. We were in the pub and my only criticism is that the tables don't have a lot of leg room, however we were able to change to another table with a little more space.

First time visited this pub. Friendly welcome. Had meal in Tipi at rear very comfortable cushions and blankets in case it turns chilly. Dog friendly. Food very good my steak was cooked to perfection. Bit pricey but would reccomend.
