My favourite pub! Love sitting out the back in the suntrap courtyard but it does have plenty of tables inside and out the front with a children's play area. Food is delicious. Good for meeting friends or going with a family group. This pub ticks all the boxes....

Big group of fifteen of us went for lunch last Saturday, everything was excellent, all served our meals together, everything nice and hot and the food as always delicious. Thank you for looking after us all so well, much appreciated.

Locally known as the Brown Hen or Dirty Duck, This is a great pub and restaurant, we cycle ask the way from Haddenham for the beer and food.I love the bar it is very low, suits all dwarfs, with the beers all served from the barrel behind. A lovely wood burning stove keeps us all warm. Lots of eating places both inside and outside in a tented enclosed area. A good children's play area outside as well.

Great, warm and friendly service. Good food and drink. Reasonably priced. Lovely, cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Recommended!

Really cosy village pub.Recently featured on the BBC's 'Who do you think you are?' with Joe Lycett.Seems to attract plenty of regulars from nearby villages like Fenstanton - with good reason.Look out for the local barn owl which often swoops over the carpark in the evening.

The new Huntingdon bypass may make it a little harder to get to from the A14, but this place is absolutely worth it. Beautifully home-cooked food in a traditional, welcoming setting, and even the kids' portions are amazing with possibly the best chips ever. Dog friendly too.

The food was excellent with plenty of it. Beer selection was good with lots of barrel's.

Lovely updated pub/restaurant. Very welcoming interior and nice front garden with tables and a children's play area. Rear patio seating is nice as well. Large groups seating is available as there was a group of about 10 or 12 enjoying their evening. Table service was very good...attentive when necessary, and let us sit and chat after we were finished with our meal. Another location to add to my "Return" list. And if you're lucky, a group of antique cars will be in the car park!

Has certainly changed since my last visit. People waiting outside for it to open at noon, like us. Really nice food, starters and roast. Seating outside back and front, nice atmosphere 😊

Mum & I visited today for the first time, following a friend's recommendation. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Rob behind the bar. We ordered our drinks and then were shown to our table. We had a good choice of starters and main courses, however we just ordered the mains. Mum had the roast beef and I had the slow cooked lamb. The plates arrived with the meat, roast potatoes, parsnips and gravy. (We had advised them that Mum didn't like onions or onion flavouring so they made her some separate gravy for her beef). They served cauliflower cheese, carrots, cabbage and broccoli in a separate dish. The lamb was to die for, it just fell apart, so lean and tasty in the rosemary gravy. Mum and I were in food heaven, savouring every mouthful. They cleared our plates and offered the dessert menu. We both choose the mango and coconut cheesecake.... so smooth and creamy. All desserts were homemade. All the staff were friendly and checked that everything was ok during our meal. We really didn't feel like this was our first visit as everyone was so welcoming. We liked it so much that we've booked a return visit.
