Excellent, what an absolute gem.Roger and Julie, the owners of the pub couldn't be more helpful, friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and plentiful. The beer is kept to perfection. The locals are friendly and conversation flows freely. There is a regular bus service to Norwich with a stop directly outside the pub which is great if you wish to sample several of the beers on offer.I heartily recommend that you visit The Cherry Tree and enjoy its delightful ambience.

Apart from the fact that Julie was farting for the full hour that I was there and stepped on my budgie after she knocked it off the bar while sneezing her head off, the experience wasn't too bad i suppose.Obviously, the 1 star represents my budgie which was squashed to death after she pancaked it.The toilets are a bit smelly and funny looking spiders running around all over the place are a bit irritating.I ended up with 3 tiny flies in my pint that took me ages to fish out though Roger's humour on me drinking '' a stew '' helped to balance this out. Thanks but no thanks.

Not a bad little place here though have not been for a good while as I work away.I've noticed my name coming up here a lot, presumably with regards to reviews which I do find strange.Still, a handy little place.

Great place, we was working in the area and Roger the Landlord is a blast, magic tricks, brain teaser games , and the food prepared by his wife is outstanding

We return regularly to the Cherry Tree as we are always well catered for by Julie and Roger. Julie's Sunday roasts also a real treat 😋. Our thanks 😊

We have just moved to Hingham. Spent a lovely couple of hours in the Cherry Tree. We were welcomed by Julie and Roger and the locals. Truly a lovely afternoon. Thank you. See you soon.

I went in for a weekend pint only to be made fun of by the bar lady Julie because of my chin disorder after a recent surgery. She rudely said that she wished that she had a base ball bat so that she could hit it which I found extremely distressing and further commented that my chin was rude.My pint was awfully funny tasting and a funny colour too. Cloudy. One extra star given to Roger the barman who could not stop touching my chin and as he seemed excited when touching my chin which made me feel more relaxed. Thanks Rog xx

A good old fashion drinking pub. Was made to feel very welcome which goes a very long way and the landlady took the time to chat.
