Flames Kebab in South Norfolk

Awful kebab this evening! Chicken was dry and salad was soggy. The place itself is tired with torn seats and sticky floors. Used to be good only just recently, won’t be returning!

Very good food and fast delivery. We’ve ordered there for the last year and always had yummy food.

We waited 2 hours to get it, very disappointing. The fries were soggy, the lots of liquid in red cabbage and they leaked. We won’t order this delivery anymore.

We made a big order. 1 pizza was missed, the 2 we got was hard. Chips was undercooked, onion rings was over cooked, chicken was very dry and to top it off my pitta bread was mouldy. Rubbish customer service. SHOCKING, AVOID

Avoid! Thought I'd try somewhere different, pizza didn't turn up as ordered, called the restaurant and with great painstaking difficulty explained the issue and was assured that a replacement pizza would be delivered, no such luck. On a side note regarding other food, chips more like fries and soggy, also chicken wings seen to be deep fried in sand or perhaps gravel, I honestly don't know how they got them to be so dry, so well done.

Ordered a food been told it will arrive in 1 hour wich is fine but it never arrived. Was in hotel starving after long day away from my home working and after i was trying to ring them they just ignored me. AVOID THIS PLACE if you working away. Hoples place. Just say we can't deliver that's all...

Worst place ever! No wonder the food hygenine rating is only a 3! Flies everywhere! Chips where soggy, and cold. Pizza wasn’t stuffed crust as requested and when trying to talk to then they just get rude to you. Terrible customer service and terrible food.

Best Kebab in Wymondham?Image is a large chicken kebab special with salad and chilli sauce.Generous with peppers and onions!Chilli sauce was delicious but slightly on the mild side.Partner had chicken nuggets which were excellent, soft chicken and crunchy fresh batter.Chips also very good. The only reason I’m not giving a 5/5 is because it wasn’t as hot as it should have been. Despite the quick 25 minute delivery. Will definitely order from here again for my next Wymondham kebab.

Been going to Flames for years and don't understand all the bad reviews as I've rarely ever had a bad experience, only times being the order being slightly wrong but they were happy to correct it. Always decent size portions and food tastes fresh. I've always ordered in person and collected, so none of the drama that comes with delivered food that can come with any takeaway

This was so poor. Really bad food. I can't explain how grim this food was. I enjoy kebab food and tried this out one night as they were on just eat and wanted to order online and get delivery (as I had no cash). Just avoid, all other kebabs in Wymondham are far better. Soggy chips that tasted 12 hours old all shrivelled up, burger was so greasy and fatty the bun dissolved in it. Was absolutely disgusting.
