McDonald's in South Norfolk

Food was warm not busy when we arrived 8.30am parking chaotic we sat outside as air conditioning on as going to be hottest day but far to cold for that time of the morning will not visit here again

Went into the restaurant on the 17th of JulyAsk for a ice coffee, got told cannot have one, drive through was heving, waste of time

Only stopped for a pooGreat experience ahahaToilets are very clean

Busy but dealt with our order quickly. All food was hot. And tasty. Kids were happy.

I popped in for a burger lunch time today . A lovely young chatty member of staff helped my as I was struggling to order on my app. Friendly atmosphere well done.

The front line staff were very pleasant, cheerful and smiled..a very rare accurance in the area I live..we will stop next time we are in the area.

The best McDonald's I've visited, spotlessly clean. The staff were very polite & helpful, the food was perfect and enjoyed by all.

I've been to this McDonald's multiple times over the years since it's been open as I live local. I have to say when I dine in, there is never a problem. Things are ready quickly, the place is clean and tidy plus staff are pleasant. When I use drive thru, the food is never ready. And I mean NEVER! It's becone abit of a joke within my household, I always have tk go and park up to wait for my food. On some occasions I drive round to bay 1 and haven't even parked before they've come out with my food, no other vehicle has cone past either so no idea why I get moved on. Genuinely feel like there is a marker on my vehicle that makes the staff send me round to park regardless of what I've ordered. It has certainly deterred me from visiting if I don't have much time as it certainly isn't fast food when I use the drive thru! They also never include dips when I've asked for them so have got in the habit of checking the bag before I leave.

I only got a Mc flurry on this occasion, however I feel I have to write a review as it was the largest I’ve ever had, the cup was stacked! 😅

Slow food, it took 25 minutes to get through the drive in...for fast food! Once you're in the lane, you're committed but still, we got food. It was warm, missing ketchup and napkins but we couldn't be bothered to go in by the time we got out of the queue and checked. Not a stop we will make again, it delayed us too much.
