McDonalds in South Norfolk

Had the unfortunate dilemma of suffering a flat tyre on the way to the Norfolk Coast, with the closest place available to us be Macdonald's near Norwich Airport we limped the car to their car park. Unable to get roadside assistance the staff were very helpful in letting us use the facilities and let us charge phones etc. They also promised to email accounts to waver a parking fine for being longer than 90 minutes. The night manager was really helpful and the early morning front of house guy Ross very friendly and helpful too.Well done for going above and beyond at the very early hours of the morning.

Went for food fantastic service from Ross, and extremely clean restaurant. Very pleased with food as was pipping hot.

One of the staff here enthusiasticly greets every single customer that comes in and checks if they need anything and knows how to order. He remembers people's names and is generally very nice! It wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea as you usually know what you are doing in McDonalds(!!) but I think it's awesome that someone can be that kind and welcoming. 👍

Even though it was busy, once we had ordered our food ut was quite quick service, i would suggest that 4 sekf service order screens is not enough for an outlet so close to a university!

Drive thru is filled with people paying cash. Then the people who have already paid through the app have to wait. Good food though, nice and hot.

Lovely breakfast this morning; all the food was fresh and hot with customisations all catered for and really quick table service. Ross was absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble and he was always around to check we had everything we needed.

Every time I have used this branch of Mcdonalds I have had one or more missing items. Very frustrating, especially when its something of the kids. Not sure at this point how many items I have paid for and not received. An excellent business model to take money and give nothing for it.

Always hot food here, and never any issues! And despite my best objections, i do eat here somewhat regularly, which when compared to other mcdonalds sites in Norwich, I find the staff alot more friendly and as mentioned previously there's hardly ever any issues with cold fries or anything tasting reheated or anything.

Came for breakfast but had just missed it. The drive through was very busy at 11am on a Sunday morning. Not so many people eating in. Restaurant was very clean and uncluttered.I had a cup of tea and daughter had a happy meal. I managed to spill my full cup of tea all over our food but staff were kind enough to replace everything.Play area outside is close unfortunately.Gemma was great, interacting with my daughter and was very chatty. Would visit again as the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Best McDonalds in Norwich, hands down. Never forget anything like sauce pots or straws, always get the orders right, great service.P.s. THIS is what I want when I order extra pickles. Whoever did this, you deserve a raise. You da best.
