Pizza Hut Norwich Longwater in South Norfolk

Really good gluten free pizza base. Order via phone app, rather than waiting staff, as part of Covid restrictions. Would have been 5 stars, but daughter's garlic bread was disappointing - dry and had no discernible garlic.

I often come here on my way home from the city for the all you can eat. The salad bar it always stocked and fresh. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I always phone in advance to book a table as it is quite popular. Always clean and tidy and plenty of parking out front. It’s a bit awkward ordering on the website but it’s not the end of the world.

What happened to the family feel restaurant that pizza hut used to be. No conversation with staff, manager on a power trip. Staff morning concerned about the deliveries then us. And what's with asking to pay and TIP before you eat. Its a joke. Won't be returning NOT worth they money what so ever

Food is great! Some options are unique and fantastic like the Jalapeño Poppers. I wish they were a little spicier but they are still wonderful as is. I normally use Deliveroo as a way of taking advantage of any sale/discount prices and delivery cost reductions but the service is fast and consistent. Definitely a benefit for Uni students or international medical students like myself that have food impulses and limited travel options.

What an amazing evening me and my family have had tonight at longwater norwich The amazing server Ben made our experience a pure delight. The food was amazing and hot, the drinks were cold and the hot drinks were hot. Salad bar was well stocked, the food areas were all clean and although it was very busy the food didn't really take that long. Now Ben had to be the most amazing server I've had in any restaurant, he made us feel welcome, made us laugh and gave us the best deal options available. He joined in on a riddle game aswell which was very funny. Give that man employee of the year he deserves it. Will definitely be calling again.

Lovely comfy place just off the main road. Fantasitc staff, willing to spend time to explain offers and deals to you, to ensure you get what you want.Food was great from the buffet, definitely my favourite way to go! The selection was very good, with research done to popular demands as there was many I liked!

Friendly helpful staff, good food but seating area felt a but grubby. It was evening and I expect a lot of customers had been through there that day but greasy hand marks on the bench seats and debris under the table was a bit off putting

Very cheerful staff but a limited menu of pizza or serve yourself buffet. We avoided the buffet and serving spoons used by everyone else, because of the covid risk. However, when we ordered individual pizzas the waiter encouraged to help ourselves to as much as we wanted from the free salad bar, not only that, he told us we didn't need to wear any face covering.We decided not to walk out but when my wife started to eat her pizza she found a long black hair under the second slice.We will not be rushing back..............

Went this evening as a large family group - pre-booked and everything was ready for us including area for the children to sit and colour. The welcome was friendly, help was readily offered if required and service was quick. We used the online ordering system which was efficient. They were excellent when it came to discussing particular allergens and were thorough - well done and thank you! Would go again as I felt safe and everything was clean.

Went for the lunchtime buffet, restaurant was fairly quiet but given it was a weekday I suppose its expected. Pizzas were all fresh and piping hot which was good. Typical pizza hut salad bar, again looked fresh and wasn't untidy. This location also had 2 types of pasta available as part of the buffet.
