Tasty Bites in South Norfolk

When I first Moved to the area 9 yrs ago I went in for fish and chips lunchtime.(it was beautiful.I occasionally go in for the large seafood pizza and It will occasionally be a under par.overall 4stars.Remember these ain't Michelin stars 😂😂

Service is so slow! Walked in and ordered things that were already fried and ready to go. Took 25 minutes to get out food. They seemed more interested in telephone/delivery orders than walk-in orders

Ordered on a Saturday night, the food turned up after two hours at 9pm at night, cold and inedible.I phoned tasty bites straight away to complain, as I didn’t want to wait another 2 hours for another meal to be sent out, I was offered a refund.I spent 2 weeks chasing the refund and even spoke to the owner who promised it would be delivered to meTasty bites then stopped responding to messages and I have now had to go to my back to get the refund I am owedTerrible customer service from tasty bites

Usually very good service but this time round I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours for mine and my daughters dinner. Was told after 80 mins the driver was now leaving, still nothing. Very disappointed.

We were driving past in the early evening and the wife demanded we stop for chips and mushy peas. In I went, placed my order... 35 minutes I had to wait. For chips in a chip shop! There were only 2 other people in there with me.35 minutes for chips and mushy peas, in a place whose sole purpose is to have chips ready for customers.I'll always give people the benefit of the doubt, so a different night I 'phoned up and ordered ahead, and was told it would be ready to collect in half an hour. I turn up 30 minutes later, the guy looks like he's caught in the headlights, like it's completely unexpected that someone should be walking in and expecting to buy food, looks at my order on the board... and then I wait another 30 minutes for them to get my 2x fish and chips together.Challenge failed!

I am not sure what happened but from best kebab to worst I ever ate! Chicken usually was nice marinated and grilled today looks like cooked in some kind of tomatoes sauce and dry as he'll and on top my special shish kebab had hardly any mushrooms and no sauce, my partner who was ordering said was not asked for and said not salad but was given anyway. Totally failure. Over half went to bin and really put me off to go back again!, 2 hours after eating just a bit have very upset tummy!

I am new to the area and didn’t know the right shops to eat. Some friends and family suggested tasty bites and we have been ordering from them since. Those guys are very polite, friendly and the food arrives always warm and delicious. Before we ordered via Justeat and wasted money on delivery. Now we order directly from the website, super easy to order and we save on delivery fees. Great place😊

I have food a lot from here and sometimes it’s a long wait, other times it’s quick depends how busy they are as they only have one driver and if 6 orders come in at once it will be a wait. But there food is so good it’s worth the wait.What makes me laugh is people who say I only live down the road and it took 2 hours!! Go and pick it up then lol

We ordered what we thought was a simple meal of battered sausage and chips with an advised lead time of 30-35 minute. 1.50 later it finally turns up after chasing the foor twice and being told it has left for delivery 25 minutes before it arrives. We are 4 miles from tasty bites yet the delivery took so long. To top it all off the food was cold when it arrived. Not great at all and expected much better. Probably won't be using them again.

Delicious food from here, had to wait a little longer than said but was definitely worth the wait. The food was hot and will be ordering again and to be fair they was very apologetic about the wait. Thank you for the lovely fish and chips
