Excellent service, but the food was decent without being spectacular.

We had steak - medium rare - perhaps very slightly underdone but no problem. Both steaks were tasty and almost melt in the mouth. The service was friendly and the wait for our meal good as we understood it was being cooked from fresh. The only downside was we were sat next to the toilet door. This would not have been a problem if it did not close with a very loud bang every time it was used!Slight niggles which reduced the rating by one star.Last time we visited, several years ago, we complained about the dust and dirt this time it was spotlessly clean.

Fabulous staff, always checking we was all OK, had good banter and even helped us with getting the football when the kids kicked it over. Food was very very nice, service was prompt and of good price. Also dogs are welcome in the garden. We'll done to you all

Not really any point in getting your staff to do a check back on the food if they don't act upon a complaint really is there ?Starters were fine, service was slow to clear them though.Curry tasted like it was from a jar, there were 5 small pieces of chicken in the whole thing, and the rice was spread across a huge plate, which therefore made it cold . Husband said he had better burgers in McDonald's!Chain owned rubbish, would not go back!

Fantastic birthday meal, food was amazing and great value. Staff were very polite and friendly. Sat in the cubby hole at the back of the restuarant. Will definitely be returning.BUT for the love of God, please can you put a door closer on the rear exit to the play around

Visiting Norwich on work and decided to try this place to eat. Staff were really friendly and helpful when ordering, food was delicious and very very reasonably priced. A very nice dining experience.

We have eaten here before and never been disappointed. On the way to Norwich hospital today, and I'm not sure how but it seemed even better! From the greeting as you walked in, cleanliness, prices, quality and taste of food...and not forgetting the top service!!!I will quite happily travel the hour for no other reason than eating here again!Thank you!

Need to change their name to the Polar inn as their food is nothing but frozen tasteless rubbish.Burgers can’t be cooked to order because they're frozen, mozzarella cheese dripping in grease, undercooked garlic bread (how do you even get that wrong) kids dippers dry and gross ! completely over priced!I would have complained to the crew of teenagers but they made me feel like I was in the wrong when asking for a side of dip!Complete waste of money, it’s so dated and it’s obvious you only really care about your senior citizens who probably still tip because half their taste buds are missing and it’s probably easy for them to chew on your mushy burgers

Great place with good food, excellent selection of desserts (highly recommend sticky toffee pudding!) and decent play area for kids. Spacious, clean toilets, very friendly stuff.
