The Kebab Shop in South Norfolk

Staff with bad attitude were arguing with previous customers who were walking out, I went in stating that I didn’t really know what I wanted, a chap behind the counter suggested pizza but I didn’t want pizza, he then said “you don’t want pizza, you don’t want kebab so I cannot at what you want “I bought an overpriced Donner kebab and was handed a load of coins in change from a £20 note having asked for a note and some small change, never again, plenty of other kebab joints in town !

Awful people trying to scam you.... AVOID

Exceptional. Their southern fried chicken is bullet proof and the flavour of the chips is gorgeous. I don't know how they do it.

THE KEBAB SHOP NORWICH !!!!We ordered today for our family on just eat and the food came stone cold and tasted vile.We contacted just eat who told us to contact the restaurant as the order wasn’t confirmed so therefore they couldn’t help us.We rang the shop and explained the problem. They told us they could replace the chips or if we gave back all the food they will replace the order. After explaining we didn’t want it replaced due to the lack of flavour in all of the food they said there was nothing they could do. I said all they had to do is confirm the order on their just eat device and the customer services could help us. They refused to do this and told us they did not want us to get a refund.I went back to just eat and explained this to them which they still told me they couldn’t help me unless the order was marked as complete.So I rang the shop back and asked them politely to just mark the order as complete on the just eat device and they can sort it out from there. They then started to say they haven’t got time to do this nor talk to me on the phone to resolve it as they were so busy. They said we shouldn’t of chucked the inedible food in the bin and they would of replaced it. I said I didn’t want them to replace it due to it not tasting good and they hung up on me.After ringing back and just asking them to mark the order as complete once again they refused and hung up on me again.I am absolutely appalled in the lack of customer service this so called business has for their customers when all they had to do to resolve it was mark the order. We will not be ordering from this place again and urge others to do the same so they don’t end up disappointed aswell.

Good kebeb at the end of a good day/ night. Bit pricey in my opinion for what you recieve, so not great value for £££.

Used to be really good, but the quality and portions are not quite the best anymore.

I ordered a vegetarian burger and when I got it, it was a meat burger! When I called them, the man said he would send me the correct order, to which I tried to explain that I didn’t want it anymore as receiving a meat burger, as a vegetarian, had completely put me off, I wanted a refund. However, he refused to give me a refund, he was very rude and too busy to care. In the end I told him to send me the vegetarian burger as not to waste money. When it finally arrived (40 minutes later) they wanted me to pay again for the vegetarian burger. So IDidn’t accept it and didn’t get my money back!The delivery man was very nice about it and I know it wasn’t his fault.Overall it was an awful experience, complete waste of money and in the end I had to cook at home at 9:30 at night. A very unhappy customer, would not recommend to anyone, especially vegetarians.

I've NEVER had any problems with this place, my partner and I have been ordering from here for about 3 years and thought it was the best place in norwich, but tonight they let us down big time! The guy on the phone was extremely rude and had no manners! We waited an hour for our food and when I rang to find out where it was they obviously went to the wrong address as apparently the driver was told to f*** off but why would I ring them back to find out where our food was if we told them to go away, doesn't make any sense! Then the guy had the audacity to hang up on me and then refuse to answer the call from my number and my partners number. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever had from them! They need to be taught some customer service skills and most of all some bloody manners! Won't be ordering from them any time soon without an apology and for them to double check they have got the right address next time!!!!

With my partner we done order last friday and the gay who delivered the food told as he don't have change £5 and with the next order will make as discount £5 we call them to order again and the gay told as they don't know nothing about that and he is new there ..I am really sorry but this is not my problem..And is not about the money is about to be correct with your client who knows with how many people is happen the same...Is bad way for business!!!
