Deserves 10 ⭐s really.The beer is as good as it ever was.We only had the hot fries as a snack to bridge a gap til supper.But we could all have eaten two portions.Keep doing the top job that you're doing.See you soon

Had an enjoyable afternoon tea here with my mum for mother's day. The atmosphere was good and there was live music, which we enjoyed. The food was very good and I would definitely come here again. I think it was done by an external caterer, though. Have to knock off a star, though, because it took about 45 minutes for the food to arrive and we thought it was a bit long.

We all enjoyed the great beer and very tasty food here today. Jumbo sausage and mash and burgers are very tasty. Buddha bowl was something new to me and I enjoyed it. A special thank you to the men who were working hard on the track to the pub.

Amazing riverside pub with friendly staff. Came her on a Sunday and the roast options were great. Very tasty food and a range of good drinks.

We had been reading about this brave community taking on the Lock Inn and decided to visit today. We met a lovely person called Lauren, who made us feel welcome. We had a lovely brunch. There is something for everyone here. It was a shame that we were going to miss Irish music night.. hopefully next visit. The pub offers lots of different activities in the evening from learning traditional pub games to story telling and more. The location is great, thoroughly recommend.

Three local real ales on when we visited. The food was very reasonably priced. Standard pub grub but done quite well. It did take a fair amount of time to arrive, but we visited on a quiet lunchtime in January and I don't think they were fully geared up for food.

Not somewhere you'll be going by mistake...this is now a community pub which grew from the river trade. In the 90s this place was a great spot for a party but now owned by the community which is always laudable. Entertainment was fine on our visit with so many performers they half filled the pub by themselves. Food not bad, could have done with the fire on. Not many a pub in this sort of landscape you'll find.

Lovely friendly atmosphere. Really good Sunday Roast and great beer selection (tasty dark stout for me & hoppy style for my husband). Sorry we missed Ukulele band set as had to walk home before dark.

Community pub we arrived by boat and enjoyed coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely setting and very friendly service. Food only at weekends when we visited but they still had cakes and sausage rolls.
